I would highly recommend a stay with Brett & Alex, wonderful Hosts very welcoming it felt very homely, beautiful location and very quiet I can see why so many walkers use this location & if you happen to be working in the area this is a must for a stay over, Breakfast was fantastic, rooms so clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay again when i am back for work.

Park House was just what we needed for a break. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very friendly and the food was really excellent. The room was really nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Park House as a place to stay. We will be booking again.

We stayed in the St. Bees room which was really comfortable. There's a great lounge area to have a drink and watch a bit of TV or just read a book. Lovely and quiet so a good night's sleep. Great breakfast and great hosts.

Alex and Brett were so welcoming, the property is in the heart of the most beautiful countryside. Go and stay, you won't be disappointed. Brett can really chef up a storm btw. Thanks guys

A pleasant stay in a simple but comfortable room. Good breakfast and hotel is in a great setting. A little difficult to find as postcode takes you to a farm and not the hotel

Great place, beautiful location

Little gem of a stay located on the coast to coast walk in a beautiful location. They were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Sadly it was a business trip, so didn't have my dog with me to explore the great walks around the guest house.

Park House Country Guest House- fabulous!

Absolutely fantastic place. The family made us very welcome and the service was outstanding. Very comfortable and clean, dog friendly and right beside the Coast to Coast path. Lovely breakfast as well. What's not to love!

Coast to Coast walk - right on the route. A perfect stay. Beautiful room / view Comfortable & very clean Exceptional breakfast - it really was good. Lovely property - highly recommend a stay here.
