We stayed here for 2 nights when we attended a wedding. Great location with access to shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean with good bathroooms and comfy beds. Breakast was included and it was tasty and fresh. We are vegan and it is the best hotel breakfast we have had. But the thing that elevates it is the staff. So helpful, attentive, and friendly. A great stay.

The room was decent and spacious enough and the hotel quiet for the Friday and Saturday night stays which was great. Cleaning was a little poor though in that the bed hurriedly made without moving the pillows and towels left as they were just hanging on the end of the rail. Not a big issue but really strange to leave a room like that and almost part complete. We didn’t have the breakfast that was included which am sure would have been very nice as this was a weekend break and 10am last order we personally found a little early. Would use the hotel again for sure as good location in a beautiful little town with good parking at the rear.

I had an excellent stay at The Northallerton Inn. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire property was spotlessly clean and the upgraded room was huge with a very comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom. Parking was easy at the rear of the hotel. The overall experience great. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Needs some investment. No reflection on the staff

Bathroom was tiny, too small to even reach my feet. Beds had soil proof matresses on, so woke up very sweaty after a few hours. Gas pump for the pub taps was "pssst'ing" alllll night. Cobwebs in my room, on the bedside tables and in the bathroom. Not a comfortable stay at all

Wonderful stay.

It is a beautiful hotel, well kept. Staff were lovely, only gripe waited a long time for breakfast, then cold beans. Great position for shopping. Felt friendly and warm.
