Other things to note
Please remember this is a second-floor unit, requiring access via stairs. A formal rental agreement and a refundable $500 security hold (managed via OwnerRez) are required post-booking. Please note:

The unit is ideal for warm weather stays; no heating is offered. Seasonal bookings run from April to mid-October.

We provide starter toiletries (soap, bath mat) but suggest bringing your own personal shampoos/soaps.

No linens are provided (quilts and pillows are included).

The property has two exterior security cameras (facing the driveway and street) recording 24/7 for security purposes.
