Wildwood was in a power outage and hotel went above and beyond to ensure all guests were taken care of. Lovely property. Eat off the property when you can for more affordable and equally good meals. Great beach and rooms were clean and nicely appointed.
Couldn't find one thing I didn't like. Hannah at the desk and Justin our waiter were the sweetest. Rooms are immaculate !! Beds are comfortable. Pillows amazing. Beautiful aesthetic. We celebrated our 35 anniversary. Perfect location. Our 2nd time here. It gets better every time.

Our family of 4 visited Icona Dimond Beach resort for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly throughout the entire resort - from front desk, to servers in all restaurants, to the beach personnel. Our 1-bedroom suite was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small and outdoor part of AC unit on the balcony was quite loud at times. It was great to have beach lounge chairs set up for us on the beach every morning! Food was really delicious and fairly priced! We will definitely be back there next year!!!
Went during off season so we were not able to take advantage of all the amenities like the pool or the private beach but the room was very comfortable; it has everything you need with a separate living area with a kitchen. The room was also very clean. Would definitely want to visit again during the summer season.

Nicole was so helpful my last stay. I had to cancel my reservations so I could change my stay she made sure I wasn’t charged extra and gave me the best rate out there. Mike also made sure I had the best room. I recommend this hotel highly, family oriented staff is just great. When I went to me room house keeping surprise me with swans and Rose petals on my bed.
Great place to stay. CLean and updated. The restaurant menu not a wide one. But the beach was clean.
When I pulled up to the hotel to check in Bob was outside working hard. But that didn’t stop him. Right away he welcomed me and proceeded to help me into the hotel. As I was checking in the hotel Mike Welcomed me back with a nice warm smile. I was so surprise when Bob proceeded to help me up to my room. He explained how everything worked in the room and if I needed anything Mike along with himself were just a phone away. Honestly I was treated like a VIP checking into the ICONA they made me feel like family here at the Icona. I stayed here twice now Due to my Dad being very ill and I had a lot of Dr visited to take care of my Dad lives in Cape May so I will be down a lot to make sure he is ok. Staying here is my heaven it helps w the stress and gives me time to regenerate relax until my day starts again with my father Staff & management are not only professionals here, they remember to make sure you feel as if you walked into their Home here at Icona. When I went down for dinner Denise was working she remembered me and was so helpful Staff was friendly with smiles and couldn’t do enough . Thank you for a excellent couple of days. I could feel the stress going down and I got to relax for the night. Before starting my day with Dad. Theresa Carey
Forget about sitting on your balcony in the late afternoon into the evening listening to the ocean waves at the Icona. The music and drunk guests at bar make sure you can't do that. The suite was very comfortable and well appointed and the rest of the hotel was fine. I just wish I'd been able to enjoy my ocean view in peace and quiet.
The Icona hotel experience was amazing! It made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise and it was very clean. The private beach was perfect and watching the dolphins made our day!
Hotel was very clean -high end for sure!! It had a full size kitchen with very nice modern look- we had to cook to enjoy so we did! Bon Apetite!
We've stayed here before. We arrived around noon knowing check in was at 3:00pm. They said they would call as soon as the room was ready. At 4:15pm I was told it still wasn't ready when I inquired. A staff manager checked and it turned out the sheet wasn't logged correctly that the room was ready. I asked if we could have a late check out since we were getting in to the room so late and was immediately told no because the hotel was booked the day we were leaving. That was disappointing!
