You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Beachfront condo with spectacular views - steps from the beach
Location, location, location – when you rent our condo you will be mere steps away from the beach. This recently renovated condo is designed to make your family vacation as relaxing and memorable as possible. You can't beat the views!
The unit is on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor condo complex. No Elevator.
Check-in 4:00 PM. (no exception due to cleaning schedule)
Check-out 10:00 AM.
Guests MUST provide their own linens (queen sheet set for the front bedroom, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin sets of sheets for the back bedroom, dish towels, bath towels, and beach towels) and comforters/blankets. You will need another set of full sheets and a comforter if you want to use the pullout couch.
We have removed blankets and comforters. We can not guarantee that these items are laundered between guests. We provide four pillows on each bed and have placed protective covers on each pillow. We have purchased new mattress pads for both the queen bed in the bedroom and the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We have left hot pads. Not certain guests would think to bring these items, and we wanted to ensure you could cook safely.
Must be over 25 years old to rent. This is a family oriented condo complex. No events - No pets. - No parties - No wet bathing suits on the furniture or beds.
Absolutely no hot pots or pans on the dining table. The dining table is made of composite material and will be permanently damaged by hot cookware.

Our condo is professionally cleaned between guests by a professional cleaning company.

During what seems like uncertain times, we are reinvesting back into our business with improved resources and equipment for our employees and for better overall results for YOU, our customers. As always, we will be cleaning before and in between vacation rentals with hospital grade cleaning products that are virucidal, antibacterial, and fungicidal. We are taking extra measures to clean ALL surfaces and touch points.

Beach getaway
The place is clean and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect and right on the beach. It’s on the third floor so the first day was a bit rough of carrying things up the stairs but if you like a good workout, that shouldn’t stop you. The stairs didn’t bother us the rest of the trip… and we had 4 kids under 7. There are plenty seats outside on the balcony which we all enjoyed… very nice touch.
The pool on property is small but perfect for our needs. Also loved that the pool is only 4ft deep bc watching the kids was a lot less stressful.
Also all the neighbors who seem to all own their properties were super friendly and helpful… felt at home.
The only weird thing was that I was expecting to check out at 11am which was stated on the Vrbo site but I got a message from John the day before check out that it was 10am. I replied back that the website says 11am, he never replied until the next day saying that it’s in the binder when we checked in and he needs us out by 10am. Either way, we did end up checking out before 10am but was caught of guard. I just suggest updating the Vrbo site.

Great place and location!
Our family had a great time enjoying our time together at this great find! Steps to the beach and close enough to get to all the Wildwood fun. The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Seashore Delight
If you’re ok with climbing the two flights of stairs (we knew in advance) then this little condo is perfect. It is clean, tastefully decorated and has a great location. Communication with the owner was easy and he even allowed for an early check-in which was a super plus. We were there on July 4th and fireworks viewing was perfect. Many neighbors and people from surrounding condos came to the beach location on our block to view and pay tribute to America. Great to see this congeniality at the shore.🇺🇸 Thank you John for sharing your cozy comfortable shore spot.
