This 3-bedroom villa offers screened solar heated recently resurfaced pool, shuffleboard, crib and pack n play, fully fenced backyard, BBQ, Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs with Disney Plus and Roku TV, plenty of space, all kitchen utilities, grilling essentials and much more. Warm mineral springs short drive distance. Only 30 minutes drive to Manasota Key Beach, Sarasota, Fort-Myers.

We provide dishwasher and washer detergents for the first couple days of your stay.

We do not provide propane for grilling, however you can refill our tank in Walmart or Home Depot.

Please clean grill after each use, it would be $50 extra charge if grill left dirty.
The house runs on well water. Water pretreatment via Reverse osmosis system. No boats, trucks, RVs, or trailers are allowed due to city regulations.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
