The home overall was very nice. However, some repairs and upkeep was needed. Drove past home initially as the yard had not been maintained well. Thought it was the wrong house. Ceiling plaster in dining room and master peeling off ceiling. Previous leaks apparent. Found some dead bugs on carpet in spare bedroom and someone's ear plugs found in one of the spare beds. There was no propane in the tank for the grill for the 4th of July weekend. The pool area is nice but could use a good pressure washing. With some attention this home is great to gather with family, plenty of room, kitchen and bathrooms well maintained. Pool table in garage a plus!

Great place!
Usually, vacation rentals are staged online to look nicer than they are. Not this home. It was everything was everything it was advertised to be! Beautiful high quality home! My only complaint would be that the cable tv package was odd & limited. No national channels from the major networks. ( ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX )

Perfect location for baseball tournament!
This home was perfect for a 5-day baseball tournament played at 3 different venues! Extremely clean, well furnished, with a nice pool and even a billiards table. Quiet location with a nice, wide sidewalk perfect for walking our dogs.
