"This hotels staff and management are the absolute worst individuals! I will never recommend to anyone to book at that property! I booked a room from Thursday to Sunday, my flight was delayed and I arrived 10am Friday I paid $600 for it and they cancelled my entire reservation without any regards. Their website clearly states if you're going to be late call and let the staff know the day of, I called 14 times and they kept saying nope there's nothing we can do! I tried to add a friend to the reservation, so he can check me in on Thursday night and they refused to add his name to the reservation, we have 76 employees that book there once or twice a month while traveling for work, we have order each one of them to never go book there ever again! "

"After 10 hours of traveling I get to the hotel at midnight only for the front desk to tell me they do not have a room for us. I had a reservation obviously but that didn’t matter because they decided to give our room away and not notify us. The girl at the desk said her shift started at 11 and she called Expedia at 11:50 to tell them there was no room. HOW JUST HOW do you take reservations in the modern age and not know you don’t have a room for a customer. In addition they use the excuse that I booked through a third party. If you are going to treat people with respect why even take reservations from a third party. To make it worse there was no offer to find us a room at a sister location just sorry. At Midnight! We sat in the lobby trying to gather ourselves and find new accommodations at that hour which is very difficult. 40 minutes after we arrived another guest checked in but he magically had a room. This is beyond unacceptable. The Expedia customer service rep did an amazing job finding us another room at a Marriott branded hotel and their overnight staff we amazing in helping us get into a room at 1 am after being unassisted by Hilton. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had and we travel often through Expedia and book Hilton branded hotels."

Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

"All in all, this was a great place to stay for a little trip. The staff is amazing and I love the bar in the lobby. TV and internet were a bit slow that weekend, but I still enjoyed everything!"
