Great location that is centrally located in the southern most portion of North Myrtle Beach, (center of myrtle beach area). This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom – Sleeps 6 Condo that has 2 beds in the main bedroom and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have a stovetop and microwave for cooking and entertaining guests as well as LCD TV’s so you don`t miss out on your favorite shows. Beach Cove is the perfect location and is close to everything. It is right at the southernmost tip of North Myrtle Beach so you can enjoy both central Myrtle and North Myrtle activities that are just a quick drive away. This condo has incredible views! Located on the 6th floor, you can enjoy beachfront views from both the balcony as well as the living area. Enjoy the outdoor heated pools(even in the off season), lazy river, shuffle board, and a cold cocktail at the outdoor Tiki Bar. There is tons to do here onsite!

Beach Cove Resort offers 4 outdoor pools, three oceanfront whirlpools, 350` lazy river, indoor pool, indoor whirlpool, beach bar and grill (poolside), racquetball court, and kid activities! Not to mention this beautiful condo is just minutes away from Barefoot Landing, outlet shopping, and tons of places to dine!

Keep the property and furnishings in good order. If you spill or create a stain, you need to clean this up immediately. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Pets are NOT allowed. 8. Parking: • PARKING – parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Parking permits for your stay will be inside the condo upon your arrival. Any unpermitted or illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. You may purchase additional housekeeping services. You may also wash your things in the laundromat on the bottom floor of the building. You will need to bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the condo. You will also need to bring all of your own toiletries and supplies. CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE POLICY: The unit is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & wash cloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. It is your responsibility for all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags and transferred to the large trash cans by the elevators, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival (except pull out couches not fully made) as part of the linen and cleaning service. The unit is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Managers do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & dish detergent, etc.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Managers have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and it’s condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Manager will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards please notify the Manager immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to any issues. The Guest agrees to hold the Manager harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Due to the nature of beach properties, the sand, stairs, decks and concrete are not always stable. Use at your own risk.
CLEANING & REPAIRS: All units have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without Manager’s written approval shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement, and is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach.
ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Manager or Manager’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Manager may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Manager or Manager’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: No lifeguard may be on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach or pool do so at their own risk and the Manager assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Managers harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters` negligent acts or omissions.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the balcony, ocean, pool, adjacent street, and cleaning supplies in the house.
FURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest`s departure or an additional charge will be made. MISSING ITEMS - Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Manager of any missing items. Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.
USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

Property was exactly as shown on website. Owner was great at communicating and responding. The views were great, everything worked and had everything needed during our stay. The only thing to mention was the water pressure was not great which is not anything they can do about it. The other thing is the sleeper sofa had a smell to it. The condo was not as clean as I expected. It was cleaned but needs a deep cleaning.

Location was amazing but it was definitely a dated property. The amenities were nice but the service was just ok at the town center restaurant. The furniture in the condo looked very worn. Definitely needs replaced. Many dirty stains. Would have loved to seen a cleaner bathroom. First time use of the shower it was clear the drain was very clogged, no way the cleaners would not have noticed it when cleaning. I purchased Drano and that seemed to help. We had a nice time but likely will stay at a different resort next time.

Disappointed but great location and views!
Good location with awesome views from oceanfront balcony, but room was outdated with outdated furniture. Shower had hair in it and vents were dusty. No water pressure in shower and water ran cold. Could not use restaurant or gym on site due to booking through third party. Had to have a room key to scan to get in certain doors, which we did not have due to booking through third party.

Location is great
I have stayed here before and really liked it, hence staying again. This time there were a lot of young adults there and woke us up at 4am arguing. I understand this is not the owners fault, but it affected us wanting to stay at this location again. Some of the condos have been renovated/updated and are very nice.
