Nice Place

This is our second time staying at this condo. The location is great. The condo is clean. The pools and hot tubs were very nice. The only issue we had this time was we had a lot of trouble getting the key to work in the door. There was a couple of times that I thought I'd need to call someone. Other than that, we had a lot of fun and will most likely stay again.

Great views. Condo stocked well as far as the kitchen. Air conditioning went out on a Sunday but maintenance came out right away. Housekeeping should pay more attention to the floors and bathrooms. Overall we had a great time. Thanks

Loved our stay!

The property was very well managed and taken care of. The condo itself was very clean, a couple signs of wear, but overall great. Our floors were pretty gross when we arrived but the management company sent someone over to clean them right away when we mentioned to them. Our little girl loved the incredible view and the multiple pool options for her 2yo size. The pool below is nice and partly shaded with a good breeze to make it easy for little ones to be out as long as they’d like. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Luguna Keys. It was well laid out and had great amenities. Could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean.

Quiet North Myrtle Beach SC 10th Floor Condo

Aside from some minor dings and cracks in the walls, the unit was nicely apportioned, and was just right from my wife and me. The neighborhood area is very quiet, but Myrtle Beach proper is only a few miles down the road. Parking in the garage was great to have. The veiw from the balcony overlooks the beach, and the beach area was generally only sparsley occupied.

Awesome vacation

We really enjoyed everything about our mini vacation. The place was very clean and well stocked with linens, towels and everything else listed. Very nice condo. The bed was very comfortable as well as the furniture. Great location.

Beautiful location

My sisters and I had a wonderful time at Laguna Keyes. We would absolutely stay here again! The view was beautiful, the condo was spotless, and the whole property was quiet, clean, and as advertised. We had a great vacation!

Our experience went very well when checking in at North Beach Realty! The condo was perfect for us - very clean, fantastic view from the balcony, provided us with excellent information and loved the security system! We will stay her again for sure !!

Very Nice Place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Checking in was easy and the staff was very nice. The condo was clean, which is a deal breaker for me. The floors were even clean! The only issue we had was the guest bathroom shower was cold. I reported it and I'm sure it'll be taken care of. I can't say enough about this place. It was perfect for us and we hope to return next year.

A very nice place.

Overall this is a very nice room, in a nice building. Everything was clean, and well maintained. It is a non smoking room including the balcony. Even though the paper on the inside says no smoking inside. Plenty of linens, and covers. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this Cherry Beach rental. The bed was comfy in the master. There was some sand on the floors when we arrived, but we are at the beach. The check in process was fine except if you arrive after 5 pm you have to make a special trip back to the office to give them a credit card, show ID and sign. I would be nice if you didn't have to do this. Overall, great place and we would stay again!

The property was wonderful. Check in is inconvenient. Keyless entry should be a thing.

The owner responded immediately. I emailed the PM company several times and never got a response. You have to actually go to the business to get keys. Was told that Sundays you have to access a lock box to obtain your keys. Accessed the box, no keys. Waved down an employee in the parking lot, an office employee came out & acted like I was crazy for waving him down. Was just following instructions for Sunday hours. Again, keyless entry would be ideal. The property was wonderful, the owner super great at corresponding. Super clean, quiet atmosphere.

Great location right on the beach. The lazy river was super fun for the kids. The floors were very dirty and some dishes and sheets needed to be re-washed. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Very Nice

We stayed in this condo June 2022. It was exactly as described. Extremely clean. The only thing I would change is the double bed in the master to at least a queen. It was a wonderful condo for the 2 of us or it would be alright with 2 small children but the second room is quite small. Beautiful views off the balcony. We only had a problem with the dryer and it was taken care of promptly without any inconvenience to us at all. Would recommend this property and would stay again.
