This third floor, two bedroom villa is outstanding with so many unique features not found elsewhere. Enjoy the quiet and convenience of a top floor unit This is the perfect get away anytime of the year. Professionally decorated, the villa offers 1,050 square feet of beautiful living accommodations plus a furnished balcony to add to your enjoyment.

The kitchen, cheerfully decorated with splashes of color, has an abundance of lovely serving dishes and everything needed for perfect meal preparation when dining in. There is a convenient breakfast bar off the kitchen for keeping the cook company! Enjoy wonderful meals in the lovely dining area, open to the great room for added pleasure and convenience.

The great room features cathedral ceilings and offers ample seating room for everyone in your group. The sofa easily converts to a pull out queen sleeper to provide additional sleeping space. The entertainment center hosts a big screen television and a DVD player, so bring along some DVD's and enjoy! You can keep in touch while you enjoy your vacation because this villa has wireless Internet. The lanai is just off the living area with a beautiful view of the 14 hole of Greg Norman golf course.
