Great place for a family of four

We really enjoyed our time there. The beach isn’t crowded in front of the building at all. The overall area is great for the kids. We would definitely stay here again

4th floor no elevator

Walked up 4 flights of stairs so many times got the work-out vacation of my life, there is no elevator! Had requested 1st floor prior to booking. TV did not work entire vacation despite messaging manager😂 Loved Myrtle beach but not summer place!

Excellent

Ocean Front View, spacious condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Only 2 down falls, no elevator to carry luggage and groceries, and could not figure out the cable TV regardless how many times we read the instructions. But other than that it was great.

Great first family beach trip!

This property was perfect for our first family beach trip! Having the kitchen with pans/dishes was a game changer to make breakfast and get an early start on the beach. The washer/dryer was a life saver as well so we didn't have to bring the entire beach of sand back with us. Having my morning coffee watching the waves on the balcony was a great way to wake up every morning as well. Keyless entry was awesome, and the information prior to and during our stay was easy and straightforward. The beach wasn't too crowded. Even though it was busy, everyone was respectful of each other's space and not on top of each other. The town was great and we enjoyed the restaurants, especially Basil's Pizza! Family friendly town for people who don't like big crowds, and an easy drive to Myrtle for some of the bigger things like the aquarium and boardwalk. We will definitely be returning on our next family beach trip!

We had a nice visit but it could be cleaner. The cable tv was also difficult to use. Ocean Front with easy access to the Beach. No elevator, do climbing six flights of steps can be challenging. Overall nice visit.

Great beach condo

It was a perfect stay. We loved being right on the beach. We were there for the 4th of July and the condo is on the corner towards the pier so the porch was a perfect spot to watch the fireworks going off. We spent most of our time at the beach and pool. The complex has a hose to wash off the sand from your items which is a huge plus. I would recommend leaving any beach items in your car so you don’t have to lug up and down the stairs since It is on the third floor and no elevator. We got a good workout with the stairs, but we didn’t mind.

Ants & Communication

Nice location and proximity to the beach. Check-in emails all went to spam folder so had to add contact info last minute so we could access the property. The emails themselves were detailed and helpful. The condo itself is well appointed with basic necessities from linens to kitchenware. Here’s where the issues begin. We saw a few ants roaming about the first day. Didn’t think much of it. On our second day, the exterminator came to do their monthly application but the tech said he had “special notes about ants in window seals and dishwasher.” After he put out bait, ants came from everywhere. After killing ants on myself and four year old while sitting on the couch, we contacted the rental manager Melanie. She said she was unaware of the issue and acted surprised the exterminator had special notes. After debating whether or not to leave, Melanie made arrangements for an additional exterminator to come out the next day. This was appreciated but I handled the ants myself with over the counter product. A partial refund was given for our first night only. Having kids that are on the floor area playing and crawling, we felt on edge the entire trip. I feel Melanie did her best to assist us, but I hope they close the room to additional guests until the problem can be resolved.

Nice oceanfront condo with great view

The condo was nicely decorated, comfortable & clean. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so I would not suggest it for anyone who has a problem with climbing stairs. Access to the beach is convenient and view from the deck is nice.

Beautiful location but in need of cleaning

The location was beautiful. It is an older unit. Was decorated nicely but needed a good detailed cleaning. Also tried to contact the manager or owner via VRBO message and email to tell them there was a coffee maker but the glass coffee pot was missing and that the unit wasn't cleaned properly. We checked out today and as of now haven't heard a reply from them. So we had to buy instant coffee which is not that great. Even with all that said we still enjoyed the beautiful unit but would have enjoyed it more of the manager communicated with us to fix our problem.
