This oceanfront condominium was just redone. It is on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the ocean and sunrise from the living room side of the spacious balcony and the master bedroom side. Because it was the model unit it has many upgrades. It is equipped with all appliances, washer & dryer, hair blowers in every one of the 3 bathrooms. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom.. The three bedrooms are spacious and the master has a king-size bed. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sink counter top. The Cherry Grove section is a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach for a relaxing vacation within minutes of shopping, restaurant row, golf courses and other entertainment. In addition to the beautiful beach area there is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and lazy river. Wireless internet is included.
The 5F unit also has 2 reserved covered parking spaces, no looking for your car in parking garage. No motorcycles are permitted at Sunrise Pointe.

We have stayed in this condo bldg multiple times and really like it. We enjoy the lazy river a lot and appreciate the option of an indoor pool in inclement weather, and bring so close to the beach. Two reserved parking spaces are a plus, giving us plenty of room to park our one vehicle. This unit was fabulous; the pictures are accurate and yet it looks better inside than the pictures can show. Extras like 3 ceiling fans, plenty of throw pillows, area rugs, and very comfy furniture gives it a homey feeling often missing in beach condos. Large tv in the living room made for family movie nights and there’s plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare meals; in-unit washer is huge (but noisy) and made it easy to do laundry. There’s even a handheld shower head option in master bath and double trash cans in pull-out cabinet in the kitchen. Owner has left multiple notes through the unit to help renters in caring properly for their home. Christine, the cleaner, did an absolute fantastic job; the place was uber spotless!!! Keyless entry made coming and going a breeze.If this unit is available for your dates, snag it now! Unfortunately, ours are already blocked off for 2026 or we would be book again.

Absolutely beautiful home with incredible views of the ocean. We loved all the space and the comfortable touches in the home. We had 4 adults and a 17-year old and had plenty of space. We LOVED that each bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal for all of us. The beds were super comfortable, especially the master king bed. The balcony was just amazing and at times you felt like you could reach out and grab the ocean.The parking was simple and we were within a 20 minute drive from everything you would need as far as restaurants, groceries, entertainment.The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was breathtaking!We had never been to North Myrtle Beach and would highly recommend it. It was less crowded and had a small beach town feel. We would highly recommend this condo!

50th Anniversary celebration

What a wonderful, clean, updated and great location to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary for 2 weeks. Our daughter and her 4 little children came for 3 nights and 3 days and to see their delight on the beach was wonderful. We loved the place so much we made reservations for next summer for 2 weeks before we left !! Emily is a great Host and easy to talk to and communicatewith. You won’t regret making a reservation here.

We have been staying in North Myrtle Beach for 35+ years and have used a variety of leasing/rental companies. The experience with Vrbo is hands down the best. Your condo was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean and well cared for. The beach was a little more crowded than we have experienced in the past coming down at this same week in previous years, but it did not deter us in any way from having an awesome time! New favorite condo on the beach

This condo was perfect! We loved everything about it. It was very spacious, very clean, and in a great location. The balcony though!!!!!! This was our first time staying in NMB, we have always stayed in Myrtle Beach. As everyone else has stated, this area is less hectic and has more of a neighborhood vibe. The dryer stopped working one night and I texted Christine. She was in the area and came right over. Her prompt response was much appreciated. We look forward to returning to 5F!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it here!

The unit was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Everything is a short drive away and the space you have on the beach is great even on a crowded day. Very quiet area and great for families. Would definitely stay here again.
