Nice and simple
Overall this was a very clean unit and Baywatch itself has great amenities with awesome pools. The listing says updated etc but really was pretty simple. The beds are not the most comfortable and make lots of noise getting in and out which is not good when traveling with an infant. The TVs are basic flat screen so no streaming and the back room was very small and messed up. The kitchen was also missing lots of cooking trays and pans so for a family planning on cooking meals to save money was also not ideal. Overall we loved the stay and checking in and out was a breeze but would like a unit with a little more updates and better accommodations in the future especially for the price we paid.

The pictures of condo - spot on - perfect for us and location was great - served us perfectly - what was not shown was the dead cockroach next to tv stand - the bags of linen left on the living room table and in the tv stand - the vacuum left in living room - filled with dirt -or the dirty floor that was not cleaned because the bottoms of our feet were black - making us to wear shoes while in the condo - also we were left a box of stale donuts in one of the rooms nightstand drawer and a dirty red solo cup under the bed - we did take pictures of our roommate the cockroach and our dirty feet -
The Condo World people were great but the cleaning service needs to be reevaluated -

Perfect Unit, Great Property
We loved our stay! The unit was spacious and well laid out. Waking up with the sunrise was my favorite part, and sitting on the balcony for sunset. The property was very clean (pools, hallways and public bathroom. They had bands 3 days (which weren’t that loud but might disturb a light sleeper). Pool doesn’t open until 9 but is open to 11, so that’s not great for people with young kids but it was ok for us to go to the beach until it opened. One of the only properties that I’ve stayed at in MB that didn’t smell like smoke and 🍃, huge plus! Some arguments at the pool area but security was fast to respond. Already booked for next year!!
