Fabulous North Myrtle Beach is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located at 801 Hillside Drive South in North Myrtle Beach. This lovely beach vacation home has 2500 sq. ft. and sleeps 8. There are stairs required to access this multi-level home.

Boasting an idyllic temperature-controlled cocktail pool (heated with a fee, depth 4'), a multi-level deck, covered balconies with lounge chairs and seating area, patio, gas grill, and an outdoor dining area, you will have plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. There is a private outdoor shower available to rinse off after a peaceful walk on the beach. Boogie boards, beach cart and chairs are available. If you are wanting to have the pool heated ($50 per day charge), you must give management a 2 day notice before your arrival date.

The North Myrtle Beach vacation rental has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is a jack and jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination connecting a queen bedroom and a king bedroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A bonus living area on the 2nd floor has a PS4. Guests should bring their favorite controllers and games for the PS4.

The open floor plan on the 3rd floor includes a living area, Smart TV with cable, fireplace (gas), dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, toaster, blender, coffee marker, a kitchen island with seating, and a dining table. The 3rd floor also has a master bedroom with a king bed. The master bathroom on this floor has a soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. There is also a half bath on the 3rd floor.

There is a washer and dryer, central heating and air, ceiling fans, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. This home has a keyless entry and a ring doorbell security camera (facing out). Quiet hours are 11:00 pm until 9:00 am. 1 vehicle can be parked in the first bay of the garage (closest to the entrance of the driveway and furthest from the front door). 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway. The garage is for parking only. No storage is allowed. Motorcycles are allowed. RV parking is prohibited. Pets allowed. 2 pets up to 75 lbs. each. $250 per pet refundable pet security deposit. $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. You must be 25 years of age to rent. This is a family oriented rental. Families only. No students or student groups.
