The customer service at Seaside Resort was wonderful. The girls at the front desk, Angela and Yesica were easy to talk to and acted like we were family from the moment we checked in. They checked in on us via text message several times to see if everything was going ok. Our room was clean and spacious. Seaside looks like it is getting a remodel, which is making it even better. The carpet is being replaced in some rooms with laminate floors and the kitchens are being upgraded. They were also redoing the pool patio with new pavers, which looked good. It was February but we were still able to walk on the beach with a light jacket. We ate in the onsite dining room for breakfast. It was a continental breakfast but the lady in the breakfast room always made sure there was plenty of food available. We are already planning on going back at the end of April 2018.

The Oceanfront Suites have Giant Windows and Great Views. Spacious rooms all around. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, so was great for 7 of us. Friendly Staff. Pools and Lazy river were much less crowded than other properties we have stayed at in MB. Very Relaxed indoor and outdoor pool area. As our stay was over Easter the staff set up Easter Bunny activities that were loved by our grandkids. a Great Place to unwind and enjoy the Beach on a non congested road front.

We stayed in 1403. This is a large corner condo with amazing views of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and the large eye on the electric stove didn’t work but it was OK. We rented through Carolina Resorts Realty (CRR). When we arrived we noticed there were no sheets or towels. I called CRR and they informed me that they could have them provided for the week for an extra $150. It was never brought to my attention before then that I had to pay for towels and sheets. I have stayed in 4 different condos in Orange Beach, AL and have NEVER had to pay for these things. We declined and bought sheets and towels at Walmart for just under $100. Still, that was $100 we didn’t expect to pay. Great property. Not so great realty company.

Being at Seaside resort was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean was wonderful. They have both indoor and outdoor pool and an indoor last river. Rooms was spacious and accommodate our family. Had a great time. Would live to go back.

We booked a 2 bedroom condo about a month before a spring break softball trip. We were able to get an ocean front room on the 10th floor which was perfect. The condo had two very large bedrooms, each with two queen or double beds. I would have rather had one king bed in the master but it was no big deal. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and we loved the fact we could get dvd rental for free since the weather wasn't the greatest. It was also nice to have the option for an indoor lazy river, hot tub and pool due to the still chilly temps. The furniture in the condo was dated and could use some upgrades but it still worked for us. I think the building overall is pretty old. Parking was a challenge because the spaces were made for smaller cars and not large SUVs and Trucks. They did provide an area across the street which was always empty so we utilized that at times. There were two private balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. I would have liked a bigger kitchen area but there was a sufficient amount of eating space for my family. It was great having a washer and dryer in the condo. The cost seemed a little high when you consider the high amount of taxes (1300+ for the week) but we booked late so that may have been part of the issue. I would book again.

Something to do for everybody no matter what their interest no matter what their age. Between beach walking, carousels, saltwater taffy,a shopping and antiquing...we were very well covered. We took a group of 24 teenagers for a leadership conference and stayed at the Oceanside.

We booked a one bedroom condo for our family of 4 and it was the perfect size. Room was nice and clean with full kitchen and everything you need to cook your meals. Bathroom was also good size with full size jacuzzi tub. It was right on the beach, so we did not had to drive to be on the beach. Take a few steps and there it is. Overall wonderful experience. Only thing that could have been better is if there is a water outlet on the outside of the resort. While coming back from beach to resort, you could wash off your sandy feet and maintain the cleanliness of the inside. Otherwise wonderful stay. Will recommend it to others!

Its the perfect size place to stay not to big not to small. Few steps to the beach and notice since other places around are small the beach was not nearly as crowded as other locations. The hotel is extremely clean and has everything you would need. Continue to stay year after year

Our first visit to North Myrtle Beach and Seaside - the experience was great all the way around. Quiet (it WAS the end of January). Unit has clean carpet and fresh paint. All the amenities worked and the clean kitchen is equipped to prepare a full meal when you don't want to go out. Staff was welcoming and attentive but not overbearing - were helpful when we had questions or needed recommendations. Could not have been better for the price! Would definitely return.

My family of 6 stayed at Seaside Resort for the Christmas holiday. It was wonderful, NMB has plenty for a family to enjoy for the holidays. Seaside itself provides very comfortable accommodations. The place is secure, and very convenient as far as location. They have many indoor amenities to enjoy in winter weather, which us great when traveling with children. We did opt for the breakfast option. It is convenient, but if you are a picky or health conscious eater it may not be a viable option for you. Lots if carbs, low on protein or fresh options. The beds are wonderful, and the view spectacular. The 3 bedroom corner condo is spacious and stocked appropriately, moderate and comfortable accommodations. The parking is very tight, so if you have a large vehicle be cautious of turns through the garage, and seek to park against an outer wall. My Kia struggled for space, lol. Overall, the experience was good, and we will visit again.
