This property is beautifully appointed, and situated in an excellent location. From the balcony, we enjoyed views of abundant sea life—including dolphins, whales, and pelicans. It's also conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Perfect oceanfront condo for couples or small families! Furnishings are lovely, beds comfy and kitchen well equipped. Great location to easily access any kind of restaurant, shopping or activities you could want…if you can tear yourself away from that balcony view or the beach! Micheal and Kim are excellent hosts and easily reached if need be. Highly recommend!

Our stay was in September which offers much quieter beach relaxation. This condo was in a great location with a truly peaceful ocean balcony view. The restaurant (Molly Darcy) next door is truly a great hangout with amazing food and beverage choices. The condo was stocked with essential items and beds were comfy to sleep. Most of our time was spent on the balcony or on the beach….both offer a peaceful relaxing beach experience.

The condo is so clean and inviting. You can see the balcony/ocean front as soon as you enter the condo. The colors chosen for the condo are bright and the furnishings are nice and comfy. There are many channels to watch on the television - unlike most condos where I have previously stayed. Our hosts were awesome as always! Lots of communication from them prior to coming as well as during our stay. The pool looked inviting, but we were not able to get there before our stay ended. This is our third year staying at the Cozy Condo by the Sea and we will be back next year!

Hosts were very quick to respond and very helpful when it came to information. The condo was clean cozy and convenient. It was smaller than we originally thought but was not uncomfortable by any means! Its location is very desirable on a fairly quiet and unbusy stretch of road. We would definitely consider staying here again. Only con (which is not a reflection on the host) is that there isn't a clearance sign heading into the parking garage. Our chevy traverse with a rather large roof cargo unit scraped quite a bit going up and down. Only once. It was then we learned we could park on the ground level where clearence is much more sufficient. Be aware of your vehicle height. Other than that we had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
