Area is mostly low rise buildings, equals more beach space for you. Relax by the Saltwater pool, only shared by 8 other units. We provide beach/pool gear and towels. Main ST is only a 1/2 mile, walking distance. Rent a golf cart to cruise around. List of Area Attractions are endless. Load pre-rinsed dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher.

Completely empty refrigerator and freezer.
 Put all towels in the laundry room.
 Leave beds that have been slept in unmade. All remote controls left out in plain sight.
Put back any furniture or items that have been rearranged (inside and outside the home).

Turn off lights, fans, appliances, etc.
Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
