With updated furnishings throughout the entire unit, this two bedroom, two full bathroom condo has a fully stocked kitchen, central air/heat, stainless steel appliances, new smart TV's, smart home technology, a Bluetooth speaker, coffee machines (both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot), an electric recliner, pull-out couch, new beds, a private laundry room, a front porch and a back balcony overlooking the water. The condo also comes equipped with beach chairs, board games, tennis rackets, free Wi-Fi and much more.

Convenient, Relaxing, & Secure

This property is perfect for a family get away. You have the inlet and beach right at your back door. North Myrtle is always our pick due to less crowds and a more family friendly atmosphere. The gate provides and extra level of security as well which is a plus.

A Wonderful Getaway!

This recently renovated condo was the perfect place to gather with my mother and sister for a beach week. From the comfort of the beds, to the well-appointed kitchen, we lacked for nothing! Everything was clean, and in good working condition. The AC worked well, and the smart thermostat was efficient. There is a low hum of the dehumidifier that runs constantly, but we got used to that, and indeed, we had absolutely no problems with climate or humidity indoors, during a very rainy, muggy week. The place felt like home, and we were able to cook for ourselves and relax. It was hard to leave, at the end of our stay! Our favorite place was the back deck, where we spent hours, each morning and evening, just watching the tides, birds, and fisherment. I wish communications before the visit had extended to all guests/collaborators on the reservation, but that may be a VRBO policy, and ultimately, it was not a problem, as Samuel sent details and gate codes a couple of days before our arrival to my cousin who made the reservation. This was by far the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in!

Location, location, location!!

The Miele beach condo is a slice of Heaven! We love Inlet Point Villas for its exceptional location with views of inlet and ocean, and Sam’s place was by far the best we’ve stayed in there. Well appointed with comfy furniture, lovely decor and plenty of kitchen supplies, we felt the care of this owner for his guests! First floor makes it easily accessible and the walk to the beach has a nicely paved path. The views from the back deck are just breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Relaxation at the Inlet

Had a wonderful, relaxing, stay. The ground level made it easy to bring bags/groceries in. The view out the back deck was very relaxing. The owner was easy to communicate with and took care of any issues that came up. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly. A few minor repairs are needed but nothing that hindered our stay.

We enjoyed this inlet view condo. The pool was clean and in good condition. The kids loved swimming and playing tennis. We intended for our youngest to sleep on the couch bed (like she normally does during our travels) but she found it too uncomfortable. We made do just fine though. Would stay again!

This was a perfect place to relax and unwind, a nice quiet location with views that changed with the tides. Access to the property was easy and the first floor location was convenient. Very clean and lovely. Quiet and very relaxing. Just had difficulty finding local TV even with our own You Tube TV, Prime Video, Netflix and Peacock. That was frustrating … would be good if host left detailed TV instructions. Also could not open bedroom windows - would be nice to have breeze and hear the ocean at night. Otherwise loved it!

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo is perfectly situated close the the water for convenience. The view is amazing and constantly changing with the tides. The condo was very clean and nicely equipped with what you may need. There are 3 beach chairs to use, but no umbrella so bring your own if you can. There are an assortment of board games and cards. Water hoses on each building to wash the sand off your feet and equipment. The unit is on the first floor which is a huge plus since there are no elevators. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo for a Family Vacation

We had an exceptional experience. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. We loved our view of the inlet and spent several days sitting on the beach. Little bit of a walk to the beach, but we packed lunch and snacks and stayed all day. The pool was nice too. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed overlooking the inlet and the ocean! Beautiful and safe place for families, out of the traffic but right on the water. Condo was comfortable and felt like home. Host was responsive from start to finish!
