Sea Cloisters II is located in the Ocean Drive/ Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. You will find this 3-story beach retreat is in a secluded setting and is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the ocean front pool. This second floor walk-up 3 bedroom / 2 bath ocean view condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer & dryer, 3 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, WiFi, The Movie Channel & Showtime, and private covered balcony with a view of the ocean. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Sea Cloisters. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. No Elevator.

Sea Fun

Property was in great shape and was exactly as promised. Some dust was under bedroom furniture in master suite. To be fair, the furniture had metal scrollwork under each piece and was raised about 5 inches and needed to be cleaned by hand as a vacuum couldn'treach underneath.

Great condo and location - Sad communication with property manager.

First, the property manager charged my card twice. He did send me a refund receipt, but gave me no explaination or apology as to why it happened. It was returned, but it took me over a week to get a big chunk of money back into my account. Second, check in time was 4:00pm, we arrived affter a 5 hour trip at 3:40pm and found out the room was not ready. We said no problem and was assured they would call us letting us know when the condo was avaiable. We decided to go grab a bite to eat and after one hour we still hadn't heard anything. I had to call myself and check and it was then ready. We were not able to get in and settled until after 6pm. We noticed the dryer wasn't working properly when we checked. Given we checked in the day before Easter, we assumed they were not opened on that Sunday. We called them Monday morning to alert them of the issue. It seemed to be just an issue with the belt. They sent someone over to take alook and he agreed with the belt issue. Advised us that someone would be back ASAP to fix. I guess we were wrong to assume it would be that day. On Tuesday we call and were told the owners had " approved the repair charge" and someone would be there ASAP. On THURSDAY I called back and it was then that it was explained to me that they had to order the part and it would not be there before our stay was over. It was sad that I had to spend time at a laundry matt on my vacation. I was not happy and advised the property manager if I had known the dryer was not working I wouldn't have booked this room. It was important when you have 2 kids. We even packed light knowing we could just wash. I was offered $75 compensation that I have YET to receive. Property was great. Condo was very nice and roomy. Even want to return, but if it still under the same management, I may find somewhere else next year. Let me not fail to mention, they had all the lounge chairs around the pool locked up because of COVID. No other plkace there had them locked up. AGAIN, something should have been said before. POOR MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
