Penthouse (top floor) Recently Remodeled Beach Cove Unit! Gorgeous Direct Beach Front Views and lots do for kids! The complex has indoor & outdoor Pools, Lazy River (Closed until 8/15/24), Beach Bar, restaurants within walking distance, Barefoot Landing right across main road with great restaurants and shops!
Our Condo has a Code lock on door providing zero contact check in. We will provide your personal code the day before your arrival. Coin laundry onsite if needed. Guest access:
On site parking security guard 24/7. Parking garage and large outdoor lot that can accommodate large vehicles. No motorcycles or trailers. Other things to note: As a reminder, the condo does not have an oven, but has a stove top, microwave, & drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker. We will provide a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. You will need to supply your own beyond the starter set. If you need the laundry, bring your own change, there is not a change machine on-site. We provide linens and at least 1 towel and wash cloth per person.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a microwave.
