The hot tubs were great. and we had a marvelous beach view. The check in is not great. Yo have to check in reality and the at the Prince resort- and there was a line. But worst of all was that it was a madhouse on Friday afternoon, underneath hotel and in the parking deck. It's fine but a pain.

Condo was exactly as described.

Our stay was great. Very helpful onsite staff. The only downside to our stay was they lack in true handicap accessibility. The onsite staff were very helpful in trying to make sure it was ok for me to part in site that was designated as a site for registration and unloading luggage. A person, such as my husband who requires a scooter for mobility, there are only a couple of truly handicap parking spaces available. I am learning as I go through this journey with my husband, some people only consider what is easy for them and not about people who may not can walk at all unassisted and make sure they get as close to the door as the can because they don't want to walk not because they can't walk. More handicap parking spaces would have made our stay a lot less stressful.

Relaxing stay

My family stayed for a week and overall had a wonderful time. The condo was clean with all the conveniences of home. The beds were a bit harder than we are use to but overall we had a great stay.

Disappointing

Furniture was dingy and nasty, mattress was springy and would pitch you to the center of the bed,elevators were loud and jerky to the point that stairs would be preferred. The pier was not open and construction was going on right out of our balcony. Room was not described as it should have been. Very grateful to Thompson Vacation Rentals for making it right by finding us a very nice condo the 2nd day we were there which was on a Sunday.

Great stay, but with a few flaws

This condo was perfect in many ways - perfect space, laid out well, perfect location, very convenient to the beach, has a wonderful balcony for sitting and enjoying the ocean. However, many surfaces in the unit (walls, baseboards, doors, etc.) were very dirty. The 2 living room chairs very much needed to be shampooed. At check in, my husband was told there was a brand new sofa; this piece of furniture is not a sofa - it is a bench with no arms, impossible to get comfortable for relaxing. Lastly, we never got the tv in the living room to work correctly. It would turn itself off for no apparent reason and then scramble itself. Overall, we did have a nice stay, but the cleanliness issues need to be addressed in this unit.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! It was our first time staying at the Prince Resort! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Our only disappointment was that the pier restaurant was closed! However, we totally understood because of reconstruction of the pier that was damaged during last year’s hurricane!
