Basically the unit was very nice excapt the air-conditioning. They need fans in bedrooms. The complex is very old and needs maintenance. Would NOT stay here again..

Easy access to restaurants, beach and main highway. Few maintenance problems, but considering the hurricane that recently came thru our concerns were quickly met.

Arrived unable to get the keypad to work and the number provided in text and email was not taking any call even after multiple attempt. The sickening feeling of being scammed was starting g to sink in. After eventually finding a web page with other numbers across the country (SC number still not taking calls) I was able to reach someone through an AZ number. After 30 minutes and several failed attempts to send us another code via text, I saw there was a lock box on the doorframe that looked like it held a key. The cs rep was able to find that code and we were able to finally open the door that way. After this rocky start, our stay went pretty smooth. Very disappointed the general number to call with issues never worked though through Vacasa.

From checkin to cleanliness to receiving a call back or email regarding the issue I had everything was horrible! I will never stay with Vacasa or Vrbo again! I had valid issues I needed addressed and they fell on deaf ears. Completely unacceptable!!

Great place!

I did this as a getaway for a week, for a change of scenery. It was great! My only complaints are 1) the lock was difficult to open and close. The latch across the door was also broken and didn’t initially make me feel safe. 2) It’s not very well lit outside the door. If there were a safety threat, I would be concerned about the darkness as well as the difficulty opening/ locking the door.

Outdated for the premium that we paid.

It started when we got there had to reset code three times upon arrival. Was supposed of had access to chairs and umbrellas but didn’t and was told that a manager would reach out to me on Sunday and never did. We had cockroaches in unit but they did send someone out that very next day to take care of. The person that I spoke to about that problem was very helpful that evening I will give them credit for that. The location was great but not very helpful. We are folks that never do this but thought we needed to share.

Relaxing cozy stay

My family and I had a very nice stay at this property. Pictures and description were very accurate. The condo unit is a little older but you can tell it’s been taken care of and maintained. It was very comfortable and convenient to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great little condo!

This condo was perfect for our group of four adults. It was very clean and nice. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the deck. The location was great, but it was crowded at the beach with the high hotel next door and a public access in between. If you get your chairs out early and walk a little south of the building it's not so bad. We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to return!

Perfect location

This was a perfect location right on the beach and a good safe area. There were a few things in the condo that could use upgrading. One being the deck furniture. There were two chair that were unsafe to sit on and the patio door in bedroom would not even slide open. Tracks were full of dirt. Someone left garbage in the hall in direct line of our walkway and no one cleaned it up for 3 days. The condo decor was great and very homie feeling. The bed was so comfortable. Plenty of room, very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay to cook and clean. More then 2 garbage bags would of been nice for the time frame we were there. The bathrooms were very clean but the hot water was turned down way To low. The showers were borderline cold. I would rent here again but would ask in advance for some changes.

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Great view, great balcony and great proximity to beach. We had a great time. Other reviews mention the loud AC unit. Yes, it’s loud but, it worked well. Our code did not work when we checked in, issue was resolved quickly with a new code. Thanks for a needed get away!.

Stay was ok, but will not be back!

Our stay was ok, but a homeless guy was camped out on beach in front of our condo! Sitting on deck would have been better had we had a screen on the door. Lock was tricky and several times came back and door was wide open & public access was beside us too! Came back from dinner on Saturday night and cops were in parking lot!! We simply did not feel safe.

Great location

Location was perfect and condo was very cozy. On the downside we would not have chosen this condo if we knew there were no screens at all on the sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom. When we did have the doors open bugs would fly in. Door lock was hard to open. We did like the fact that it was an end unit and the neighborhood was quiet.

Spring break

The property is right on the beach which was excellent. The place itself was a bit dated and smelled musty. All the furniture was modern and amenities were great. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I wish the rental came with some beach chairs though. Overall, I’d book it again!
