Great spot, condo needs major work

It does not have central HVAC but instead only a wi Dow unit which only cooled the bedroom. The other areas of the condo were horribly hot. Perfect location and beach was awesome!

very disappointing property

I do not recommend staying in this property. It was clear why there is no picture of the outside of the property on VRBO. It looks very bad and if I knew I would have not reserved that. The storm door is broken, the front door does not open / close easily. The AC is good just for the bedroom. The living room is just too hot, the AC is not making an impact there. Both front and back curtains are missing pieces so people that walk by the entrance door can clearly see you in bed. The TV is a tube TV, not even LCD (it is Sharp brand ~16” from 1999)- yes I checked. No HDMI input and we actually could not use it. The carpets stink (it was a bad surprise when we just opened the door). Someone else mentioned in a review that the door to the outside has haze which was the least of the issues. Cleaning was also very bed - we brought wipes with us (corona days) and when we wiped the dining table the wipe became black. Few of the dining chairs were broken - dangerous. It took us a couple of days and few bumps to get used to the low ceiling lamp above the dining table. The highlight of the stay was getting sting by a wasp that had a nest in the balcony - happened a day before we left so we actually did not use the balcony since Pro - you can view the ocean from inside the property.
