Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The only negative is it being on the third floor with no elevator but the views are worth it. We loved the easy walk to the beach. Thank you.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend getaway spot for 2 couples. The property was easy to access and the cleanest VRBO we have rented. Sharon was quick to communicate and check in and out was a breeze. Beach or pool access in less than 5 minutes and a balcony with a beautiful view., this is a great place to stay at North Myrtle Beach.

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! There were 6 of us-my husband and I with our two adult sons and their fiancées. The property was very clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials. Even though there were three flights of stairs, they were not difficult at all! Ocean view from the patio was beautiful, and the pool was relaxing. Even though it was July, we didn’t have any trouble finding a great spot on the beach. My older son even planned a beautiful proposal to his girlfriend one evening. We loved our stay, the condo and the area and would love to return one day!

Great place to stay

We have stayed in other condos in the same complex. This one was the best. So clean. Stocked with everything you need from pool towels to beach chairs. Very receptive and responsive. Will definitely be staying here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great. The extra accommodations for the bathrooms were appreciated. The beachy decorations and updated kitchen with all the extras were great. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for a baseball tournament. It was just the size we needed at a great price! Very clean, updated, well decorated (very cute). Nice view of the pool and ocean. Provided beach bag, beach towels, closet with boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. I would come back again!

Just What We Were Hoping for

Property is just as described. If you don’t see something you want to use while you are there, keep looking - it’s probably there. They have everything to make your stay enjoyable whether you are cooking in, playing at the beach or just lounging. I mean what other VRBO provides both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Place is very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the property 5/24-5/26 2025. Host allowed early check in!! 10/10. Home was just as described on the rental site. Stairs weren’t too bad after the 1st day. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Cute little condo

Perfect for people that want to be close to NMB without the expense of the large properties. Great property for two couples interested in a quiet place plus being on the beach. Everything you need is at the property. The most clean property we have ever rented.

Perfect place on the beach

We had such an amazing stay! This place has everything that our family of 5 needed plus more! It’s right on the ocean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, plus beach chairs/toys/umbrella/wagon. Everything was so clean and the host was super responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Nice place, nice owners, Tropical Storm Debby

We loves this condo inside and out! Very accommodating and clean. We unfortunately had a very short trip becuse of Tropical Storm Debby and we were heart broken to have to go several days early. Owners were very kind and empathetic which we appreciated.

As advertised.

We didn’t need two bedrooms, but the service fees here were less than many one-bedroom properties in the same area. The condo was obviously updated and was spotless. There were plenty of towels and linens, including beach towels. Cutlery, dishes and glasses were plentiful and there were more appliances than we could use. The area is super. Two well stocked mini marts within a five-minute walk. Molly Darcys pub (with a great deck) just down the street and a 1-15 minute walk to our favorite bar/restaurant (Bar 1912). Barefoot Landing is just 6-8 minutes away by car. The beach is not at all crowded and the condo comes with chairs, umbrellas, and a trolly to haul them, plus some games. The hosts are super responsive. I reported seeing some hornets trying to start a nest and they came a took care of it the same evening. Definitely recommended.
