In my evaluation of this property, I assign a rating of 1, primarily due to cleanliness and customer service issues. The condo had a pronounced moldy smell. The comforter on the bed was dirty, featuring yellow stains on both the top and underside, which appeared to be food residue. After informing Stephen, his failure to respond made me feel disregarded. Visible mold was present under the sofa bed's black section and on the mattress cover's siding. Furthermore, a bathroom towel displayed mold, and the throw blanket near the TV had a strong urine odor. The sofas in the front room appeared dirty and worn. Throughout my stay, I felt uncomfortable due to cleanliness concerns, a novel experience for me when paying for accommodations. If a refund and alternative arrangements had been possible, we would have pursued them.
