Fairway Oaks is a resort in the Cherry Grove Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This modern three-bedroom townhouse has a convenient ground-level entry. Unwind in the large community pool or lay back in a poolside lounge chair after a challenging round on the links or a relaxing day on the beach. This beautifully remodeled three bedroom and two bath condo sleeps eights guests spaciously. LInens Included. The townhouse sits adjacent to the beautifully manicured Surf Golf & Beach Club. Relax on your private patio and watch the geese parade down the golf course fairway with their ducklings waddling behind them. In the evenings you can hear the waves from the beach and the tree frogs singing their song. The patio gives you a serene view of the golf course and live oaks - not just another condo.

During the day take a quick 10 minute walk down to Cherry Grove Beach - one of the most beautiful and widest beaches in South Carolina. Cherry Grove Beach is the very northern part of Myrtle Beach so it is quieter than being in the middle of town - yet just a short drive away you can discover all that Myrtle Beach has to offer - a large SkyWheel, Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theatre, Broadway at the Beach, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, theatres, beach shops, pirate adventures, fishing rentals and charter boat rides, water parks and over 100 more golf courses.

Guests in our condo enjoy use of the beautiful large Fairway Oaks swimming pool. No parties, golf carts, motorcycles or trailers are allowed in the complex. No pets are allowed in the condo. Two cars are allowed at this condo. The condo is non-smoking with central heating and air conditioning, four flat-screen TV's, washer, dryer and dish washer. Wireless internet lets you keep on top of things at home and in the world. There is also a charcoal grill on the patio. In the condo you'll find all bed and bath linens, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and a wagon to transport all your things to the beach.

When you enjoy this beautiful Fairway Oaks condo you will be conveniently located to all of the best amusements and attractions that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer - be just 5 blocks from the beach - yet relax in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

We do require a two month minimum January thru March.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed in for a great vacation! Our host was the best we have ever had in North Myrtle Beach! I give her perfect score! We had a couple things a little concerning but nothing we couldn’t deal with! The upstairs shower drain was very slow! Downstairs bed was hard and uncomfortable but we made it work!

This is a very nice condo in a quiet location. We did walk to the beach with the included wagon and chairs, about a 15 minute walk with 5 and 7 year olds. The pool in the complex is less than a 5 minute walk. It was great to have a washer and dryer, for our 4 night stay two laundry pods were provided. Two things to mention, no beach/pool towels are provided which we did know ahead of time. I’m sure they are hard to provide because people don’t return them. The other thing my son and daughter in law mentioned is that the upstairs bed frames are noisy in both rooms.

My family and I have made coming to the beach after Thanksgiving a tradition. We found this condo and it was perfect b/c it had 2 sets of king size beds since 2 couples were supposed to be coming. We have stayed at Fairway Oaks before and always appreciate the neighborhood feeling instead of a vacation resort feeling. Views of the golf course are awesome. Swimming pool was terrific. We loved this property at North Myrtle Beach. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoyed the quiet area with a short walk through neighborhoods to the beach. The rental property was clean and well equipped for cooking in the unit but there were also quality restaurants just a short walk or drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

The entire stay was simply excellent. The house had plenty of space for everyone, including a beautiful outdoor patio that was perfect for coffee and meals. I can’t imagine a better place to spend a week. The beach is within very easy walking distance, and they even have a wagon to hep you pull the chairs (they have those too) and the beach umbrella (they have that too). The entire family loved it. If you get tired of being sandy there is a beautiful pool just a few houses down as well.
