A beautiful and quiet Villa 220m2 literally steps away from the beach! Located in a small and very quiet village in southern Greece called Xiropigado. It's a two level villa with lots of windows and balconies to all the bedrooms where you can relax and enjoy the sea view from everywhere. At the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, one which has a fire place too, the kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 king size bedroom. At the first floor there are 2 king size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a big bathroom with a tub. There is a beautiful garden all around the villa where you can find a barbecue and enough space to enjoy yourselves!

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Wonderful getaway in idyllic surounds

The property is so lovely and picturesque. Wonderful views and a private stairway down to your own beach frontage for swimming, sun bathing or a beautiful sunrise. the home and gardens are absolutely beautiful. Our host was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A place that we will visit again for sure.

Charming house with beautiful views

Beautiful property 20 minutes away from Nafplion with a nice short walk to restaurants and a grocery store. We loved having our own private little beach (rocks, not sand). Amazing views. We had a little trouble finding it.

The house is as described, very comfortable, nicely furnished, with many places to seat and read or enjoy the view. Nice garden where we had our breakfast every morning under an avocado tree. The stairs to a little cove are very easy. All very well maintained. In Argos, 15 mn away, a great open market every Wednesday and Saturday with fresh fish, and great vegetables, honey, fruits direct from the gardens. Mycenes, Epidaure, Corinth, Delphi, museums are all a drive away. Many great drives around. The owner, Julia, answered right away to any query.

Schöne Villa mit direktem Meerzugang.

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Viele Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer, schöner Garten mit Grillstelle und viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Panagoula hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und ist steht's da wenn man etwas braucht.
