Was OK

Personally this was not the place for me. It is an apartment community and the upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud both nights. The master bath stunk like urine but thankfully there was a second bathroom so we used that but it wasn't very clean either. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Lots of restaurants right next to it which was convenient. Other apartments in the community might be fine but I would not recommend 4309.

The unit was AMAZING!!! Clean, modern and decorated nicely. It had everything you could want or need in the kitchen as well. I would definitely stay again!

Great experience. The apartment was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Management was very responsive to questions and made check-in and out very easy. Location was also very safe and convenientIn-N-Out, easy safe parking. I would highly recommend and would stay again.
