Relax in our newly resurfaced pool and BBQ while watching the sun set on the Green Golf Course lined with Palm tree's, flowers and fruit trees. Private home with large parking area for 4 cars for your guests to arrive. Minutes to downtown and Fort Myers Beach , Captiva and Sanibel. Great local restaurants , Outdoor seating on lanai, dine alfresco or sunbath on the loungers.
All new floors, bathrooms and kitchen so be the first to experience this home full of great entertaining spaces. Sleeps 6 but can add up to 8 with both living rooms accommodating blow up mattresses . The Yard is sunny all day and sun sets along the back. The Lanai spaces provide great shade for reading, relaxing and children at play! This location is 3 minutes to downtown Fort Myers Restaurant and entertainment district. Uber accessible to cape coral downtown too. Great location

Our month in Cape Coral was fantastic. The location of this property is perfect for heading to the beach, going to Pine Island or shopping. Everything was clean and up to date. Any problems were quickly addressed by the owner.

Beach wedding

My bride and I were having a small beach wedding. Her & relatives stayed w/ family. While I rented this property, just around the corner, for myself & a few of our friends. We spent most of our stay out & about. But it was a nice place to come "home" to each day. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the pool was cool and refreshing. I would rent it again if we ever need more beds while visiting family down here again
