Reservation in this hotel was a mistake. The fan in the bathroom as well as the AC unit were making so much noise we could ear each other. The chest of drawers and the bathroom cabinet should be replaced... Lots of noise from the street. We won't come back to this hotel.

room was not clean and very out dated. hair dryer didn't work and they didn't have an extra one?!?

The Room was not cleaned every day. No new toles every day. Bed was not fide every day. Very load, people talked at the parking upfront of the rooms very load until past midnight. Aslo they smoked very close to the rooms, therefore all the selle went in to the rooms.

Difficult to find entrance. Friendly staff close to many places to eat and shop. Room was comfortable. Paint chipping in bathroom.

Bought a night stay at this hotel, pictures looked decent enough . When we arrived, hotel looked very dirty. Not a good impression. Front desk staff was ok, we had room 247. The bedsheets were not changed. Cigarette holes in them, stains, and hair. Really nasty. The bathroom tub was peeping, dirty appearance, they should change that, I didn't want to shower in it. If you absolutely need a night stay somewhere, one night, ok. BUT FIND SONETHING ELSE!

Hotel staff not very friendly, but overall it was ok.

Good staying. Nice staff. Good location. Overall a good experience for an overnight stay.

The hotel was close to where we had our business meeting. And the price was right.

Good location, good stay. Nice area with lots to do close by

I've stayed at hotels with this brand before but this one definitely was not at all what I expected. I stayed because I received a good price on it through this website and it was in between major areas and close to everything. When I arrived I requested a room by the pool, the guy said he would check, and gave me a room number, he said I was on the building closest to the pool. i requested nonsmoking but when I went to the room It smelled foul and had an ashtray inside, being tired I just lit some candles and sprayed some febreze and that neutralized it enough. It took the air conditioner forever to cool the room down. I put the do not disturb sign on the door and the next morning housekeeping came knocking and opened the door as much as they could, ( I assumed they would see the sign and go on but no) I pointed to the sign the lady said ok and walked on. I decided to go out to the pool and noticed that some of the staff were taking people to rooms on that side of the building ( so apparently only staff can request rooms) . DO NOT stay on fri or sat nights unless you like to party. All i heard were people drinking and being loud. When I finally was able to go to sleep someone came knocking on my door. The last day of my stay I went out for breakfast and came back and there was a cigarette ash on the desk with the phone. I am allergic to smoking so this infuriated me. I went to the office and was telling the indian guy at the desk about it he walked off in the middle of it to get the manager and came back and waved me off. SO RUDE!! When i talked with the manager he was nice and polite and said he would check more into it. I assumed he would let me know what he found out but no. When I call back and ask about it he says he assumed this was done with. That he couldnt find anything that, for instance someone had left their door open to get back into their room. So it seems hes trying to push the door being open on me. Im a single female traveling alone, I do not leave doors open to get back in, I do not prop the doors open but thats what it is apparently I did per the staff of this establishment. I DO NOT appreciate being made to feel that I left my door open and I WILL NOT be at this hotel or any *brand as this* for this reason. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Just go ahead and pay for a place that's nicer and down the road a bit!!

quick checkin, typical room for price, not bad location, new flat screen tv, comfortable beds

My sisters and I stayed here for two nights......honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There were cars driving through the parking lot ALL NIGHT with music playing very loud! Doesn't take a genius to figure out what was going on at this hotel. Not a safe environment at all....no matter how cheap the room was!!! People screaming outside our door at 3am...ridiculous! I would NEVER stay here again nor would I EVER recommend to anyone that they stay here!!

Too many hookers, dead rat smell & fridge not wrkin

Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable. Reasonable price and close to everything.

Staff was very nice. The breakfast wasn't the best. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. We didn't check out the pool or the fitness room. The hotel was 15 min from the beach and close to other attractions. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It was a decent place to lay your head at night. If you expect the Hilton. Stay at the Hilton. Great place to stay for the price.

Could have been better. The front desk staff was nice but the house keepers were horrible

This hotel was very easy to find and the people were very friendly. The only downside is that from the outside, it looks run down and dirty. However, the rooms were very nice and more upscale than the outside would let you believe. Overall, good experience and I would use this hotel again.

Pictures must have been doctored. Checking in we had to wait for the clerk to check in a "pimp" who got 4 rooms for his hookers. Arriving at the room , we found said "hookers just down a few doors from us. The room was filthy, yes was a smoking room but this was ridiculous. 2 bottles of "frebreeze" later and it was inhabitable. The rugs looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in weeks as did the bathroom. If you want a Ramada , stay at the airport one, at least its clean

The quality was just like I expected. For the price we payed I was even expecting worse. But the room was big enough with a plasma tv. Breakfast was good, even we had it 20 min. before they closed breakfast, there were still lots of supplies. It was the last hotel before the highway so location was great. I recommend it if you know what to expect for that price.

@ first it looks like a dive... it is what it is hot breakfast ok bed stiff. they gettin it together but need to tighten itup a little more and it would be a nice place not to far from the beach for the price..... i got a time share no more hotel.... bye no more not worth it........
