They don’t have nothing to take shower ; is very dirty and trash out side everywhere
The shower curtain rod broken, shower curtain ripped, weak area in the tub that felt like you were going to fall through. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, fridge sounded like it was going to take off, holes in the walls, drawers broken on the night stands and TV stand / dresser, huge space under the door, curtain didn’t shut Over the window, weak floor like there was water damage and t was never fixed, loud with help from front desk to fix it. But the grossest thing was the cockroaches
Not nice at all, checked us in rooms that doesn’t match our reservation, when I complained they moved us to another rooms that were still way under what the web site show, I’ll never recommend it to any one I know
Close to the beach other than that it was below my expectations.
I'm a low maintenance guy who can handle a motel almost anywhere, so for me to complain about a place it has to be pretty bad. I didn't want to touch the surfaces in here. I gotta say, the bed sheets were crisp and clean and the bed supportive, but the shower, carpet, tile, vanity...pretty much everything was in horrible shape. The lighting was perfect for an insane asylum. The maid service included somebody stopping by and throwing a trash bag on my bed with a new towel, roll of TP and bar of soap. I guess I was supposed to take it from there... On top of all this was the fact that the guy at the front desk sized me up as "the type of person he wants to have at his hotel" (racist?) and offered me a bigger room. He lead me to it and asked if I was ok with it. I said, "Sure, this will work just fine." His follow up was to rub his fingers together as he said "Tip?" Shady stuff... If you're looking for a place by the beach, head down the road to the other motels nearby.
At check-in literally I was welcomed from couch waiting for my turn as “Hey YOU YES????” I told that old Indian man that I booked online and my name. Without a single word he disagreed under desk. Came back with receipt. Gave me room key and without a single word called next person same way he did call me. When I entered room which was suppose to be non-smoking, there was a terrible smoke odor. Micro wave was fridge was disgusting and never cleaned. Both room and bathroom were very small. When I complained about a smoking room I was told no other room available. It was busy weekend and all other nearby hotels were fully booked. Yet I made them change micro wave at least. “HD TV” was without cable hence no channel on air. Night stand and a cupboard under TV had broken handles. Everything about that room was absolutely disgusting. I am never ever staying again in that hotel.
