I forgot to book a room with a view of the Broads but this was soon changed on arrival with no hassle. We had room 12A Good food served hot and well presented All the staff very friendly and helpful. All very smart. Nothing too much trouble Overall the rooms and the public areas very clean and tidy. Comfortable surroundings throughout. One grouse the, piped background music. Constantly playing Christmas theme music on a seemingly endless and repeating disc. Don't really want to listen to ''All I want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth'' and '' I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas '' to name but a few, constantly morning noon and night. I know its Christmas soon, and I am a bit of a Bah Humbug, but not, please, whilst enjoying an excellent full English with a bottomless coffee pot.
take all the negative reviews and chuck em on the bonfire.this place is a little gem.we would not have found it if we had not had to go to cromer to attend a funeral. the whole place oozes charm with beautiful seating areas where you can sit chat and enjoy a drink.the music is set nice and low as a background so you can talk in a normal voice.the evening meals were great and you are spoilt for choice and the all included breakfast was cooked to perfection and served by a very nice lady .the staff are all most welcoming and friendly . the rooms are of a decent size.they may seem bit small at first but you have a double and single built in wardrobe and a comfy little settee my only suggestion would be to have a small coffee table as you have tea and coffee making in the room.the bathroom was spotless and the water nice and hot.bed nice and comfy as good if not better than premier inns.all in all even though we were there for a sad occasion it made us feel good which says it all and we will definitely make a point of returning when the weathers warmer so we can enjoy the surroundings. i would like to thank all the staff for making our 2 days very nice.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel When we arrived at 4oclock the room was cold being disabled no one asked if we needed a hand with luggage also soap dispensers in bathroom where very hard to get soap out We went for evening meal ordered wine it was put on table no manners didn’t even asked if it’s okay or poured it the mushroom starter where full off water ate these but the main meals where rubbish I think chef needs to learn how to cook we didn’t eat meals also bar staff do baileys coffee properly It’s a shame because this is a nice pub one good thing top class breakfast also lady who served us
Nothing negative to report at all. Food and room excellent as always. Staff are very good and always ready to help what ever your needs. Have stayed here on many occasions and will certainly visit again.
Picked this place for a one night stay while touring the broads. Good value for money, dog friendly and great location. Loads of space inside to just chill and relax. I’ll be back in the summer months...
We have stayed several times at Wayford Bridge Inn and always enjoyed it, this time was no exception. Comfortable bed in a modern, clean room. Tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits to. We stayed for our evening meal, lots of choice, lovely food, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was really lovely, lots of choice, freshly cooked and very tasty. Bar prices were not to bad and what we love is that there are lots of different comfortable seating areas, you can sit by the bar, or in a quiet area or in a room with a TV if you prefer. The Watford Inn is by the river which is lovely to see, just off the main road but not noisy, ideal if you want to tour North Norfolk. We have already booked our next visit, highly recommend.
Took the good lady away For a couple of days to celebrate her birthday. Walked into our room which was clean and adequate with a good en suite. Oh no. No towels. This was quickly remedied by Megan. Ok that knocks a point off the rating. Then you see the lounges. In all my travels I have never come across such comfortable and elegant lounges, yes lounges as these. They would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel The bar area is large and you can take dogs in with you. Very important to us. The menu looks like a standard pub fare. But oh my God. The quality is outstanding. I had a rump steak. Normally these can be a bit tough. This one was wonderful. It was like slicing through butter. Staff are good. Well trained and friendly in fact I can only heap praise on this place. One of the best hotels/inns I have stayed in for a long time. Thoroughly recommended.
Just returned from our third visit this year. Its our go to place for a three day break. The staff are all lovely and the food fine. There are so many places to go and things to do in the area. The prices for the food, rooms and drinks are most reasonable. If you cant enjoy this hotel your a hard person to please. We have booked to go again in mid November to do some seal watching.
Been here for 1st time today and very impressed with food and staff who are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive also allows dogs in bar area very clean and welcoming would recommend pork loin and on specials the rump steak ...
