Visited this weekend on the way to pick up a hire boat with my family and we thought we would make Wayford Bridge our first stop before our travels. The choice from the menu was superb and suited all our needs and cooked perfectly. If I ever visit the broads again I would book again! Thank you.

We stayed here for one night over Easter and the room and the place itself were both great. The room was clean, with a modern feel and had nice big TV! The free wi-fi was good and fairly fast. The bar area was also a modern take on a homely pub and the rooms to the right of the bar were full of sofas and easy chairs etc. Great for relaxing/chilling.

We visited on a Friday evening, the pub was busy but not crowded. It’s a spacious pub next to the river, with good parking. The menus was reasonable, but not extensive, although there was a good range on the specials board. We had good meals, although the pie I had was rather small. The staff were pretty attentive and we enjoyed our visit.

On passing, my husband, mother and I decided to stop at the Wayford Bridge Inn near Stalham for a midweek lunch. Between us we had the fish and chips; liver and bacon with mashed potatoes; and a Ham and pineapple pizza with fries and coleslaw. For sweet we had vanilla cheesecake and Black Forest gateau. All our meals were delicious and very generous portions. The Inn itself was clean, cosy and comfortable, and the staff polite and efficient. We will certainly be back.

General appearance of hotel and restaurant is ok. Some areas look a bit tired but on the whole the hotel bedrooms were clean and tidy with coffee/tea provided. Bit pricey - it is on the riverside but no where any boats travel past. There are a few rental houseboats moored alongside the bank next to the hotel. Nice enough garden area for the summer months. It is on quite a busy road between Stalham and Wroxham - there is a small Premier shop in the garage just about within walking distance and also quite a large garden centre with a small cafeteria linked to it which is quite nice to visit also within walking distance.

Stayed here on the 23rd of January for an overnight stay, nice location and easy to find. very well priced as my room rate included breakfast. Room was of good size, clean and comfortable, free Wifi throughout the place which was good. Nice selection of drinks and food. Breakfast was very good in all aspects Plenty of free parking, would be more than happy to stay there again.

A very nice, dog friendly, hotel. Well situated for touring North Norfolk. Clean room, very friendly / helpful management and staff. Excellent food (breakfast and dinner) in very pleasant surroundings. The doggie treats were especially appreciated by Alfie!

We stayed Sat and Sunday night Dinner bed and breakfast , With the dinner you get to choose 2 courses, we opted for starters and main also you are allowed to opt for the daily specials board for no extra cost , Good choice and good food , Breakfast was great and the girl that took orders and brought you the food was a star nothing was too much trouble , also the Turkish lad who worked behind the bar was excellent with good banter . Good choice of beer and wines and a great base to explore the broads or coast . our room was a little small but perfectly adequate and clean, tea and coffee supplied .

We would strongly recomend this family run hotel. There was a very warm, welcoming feeling on entering and checking in. There were guests enjoying their afternoon tea in one of the lounges, and the fires were lit. Cold outside, and warm inside! The room was clean, tidy - the TV had many channels (and was a good size) and there was a bath in the bathroom!!! A slight downside, I asked for kippers for breakfast, These could have been better so think you would be advised to go for bacon etc. The poached agges on muffins were spot on. Why not drop in for a meal or a drink whilst enjoying your time on the broads? Excellent value!

Lovely hotel to visit for new year. Good location for getting around the Norfolk coast area. Hotel staff were lovely. The full English Breakfast was just lovely and very welcome. Great evening celebrating the new year - with a glass of bubbly.
