Lets start with no lock on door mold on shower curtain dirty floor dirty foot prints in bathroom it smelled of cigarettes . Only update was a working toilet . Curtains had burn holes had to keep getting keycard changed. It looked like a place for homeless shelter. Manager stated that people are always breaking the locks. Will never stay ther again and Im not sure I will use Orbitz again to book anything.They should have someone randomly visit there sites. Very disappointed .
The rooms were not very clean and were bugs in the room . Would not stay there again.
Night staff was great! Polite, helpful. Day staff (I believe owners) were cranky & short tempered
Even though I prepaid, I was greeted by the front desk staff and promptly informed that they were sold out. I waited for 20 minutes for her to figure out our reservation. We finally received the key, unpacked our car and proceeded to room. I opened the door to find that an entire family was in my room. They were as surprised as me being that they paid for three nights. We went back to the front desk associate who had to call and wait for 20 more minutes for a return call from the manager. They finally figured something out and gave us a room. We reserved a non smoking room; this one was not. It smelled like marijuana, cigarette and bleach. I took many photos to prove how dirty and disgusting the room was. We asked the cleaning staff to change our blankets and were told they were clean “those stains are smoke burns and we can’t change sheets unless they’re dirty. The most agregious part of this stay was the door. As we left for our event that night, we realized that the door pushes open whether you have a key or not. It literary just pushes open. We went to the front desk again and was informed that no maintainance was a available until the next day and no other rooms were available. We had to pack all our belongings back into our car. We came back after our event and understandably couldn’t sleep. I had to place a chair in front of the door to get a little security. No manager, ever. I will be requesting a refund as we were not able to sleep in a secure accommodation.
First room had no a/c and was hot. Moved us and it was much better.

We were told we had 15 minutes to decide if the room was satisfactory. When we got in the room we noticed the light above the sink flickered. They offered us another room but it was on the second floor and we were leaving for the airport at 3am and chose to deal with the light and stay on the first floor. Then we noticed the refrigerator door didn't shut. Later we turned on the tv which didn't work. We called the front desk for help twice (more than that but they answered twice) and we never could get assistance so we gave up and connected to Wi-Fi and watched a program on my Kindle. The next morning at 2am I received a notification from Orbitz that my flight was on time. Thankfully I had set up notifications with them because the motel failed to provide the wake up call we requested!! I only gave this motel 2 stars because the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water hot in the shower. For 120+ dollars we expected more. They won't get our business again.
My wife and I enjoyed the lady on duty. We liked staying at the hotel the night before we flew out.
The area of the hotel was a little sketchy and the hotel wasn't clean but it wasn't filthy either. Overall it was a great place to just go to sleep at. It was very quiet at night. Also, the rooms aren't sound proof. For last minute booking it wasn't bad for the price.
after arriving from a very long travel flight the bed was a very welcome site perfectly located just minutes from the Norfolk airport via hotel shuttle. The only negative I could input was the breakfast area had a sign stating it opened at 0600 but was still closed at 0730. Otherwise the stay was most pleasant for the short time I was there.
The hotel was convenient and clean. The price was reasonable with kind staff. One of the nicest things is I could check in at eleven vs the afternoon like most hotels.

Room was some what clean but they have roaches..ewww! They advertise a continental breakfast...if you call 2 bananas, 1 pk of stale muffins breakfast. And our key to get in the room didn't work after the second day we were there. We won't be back.
This was a short overnight to be close to the airport for a very early departure. It was only 1.1 miles away and the motel provided free transportation. I checked in after 10pm. I needed to leave at 5am, before their regular transport hours. A quick phone call arranged for the special trip, still at no cost. The room was neat, but only warm water came out of the cold water tap in the sink and bathtub/shower. Warm to hot water came out of the hot water faucets. There were furniture items that should have been carefully cleaned and weren't.In the morning, the driver arrived on time and I arrived at the airport as scheduled.
