3 bedroom lakefront cottage sleeps 9

This cottage is the main unit in the house. There are 3 other units that is rented out permanently. We are family oriented. Noise level enforced. Backs onto Lake Erie with its own beach and a seawall at the end of the beach to prevent erosion. This unit shares the beach with the other 3 units but has its own deck and fire pit. Main public beach is a 3 min drive and 20min walk
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.
