In 2022, to meet demand and following the company’s growth, a new project was started to restore another house in ruins, following the work carried out on the other three houses already in operation.

Arriving in December 2023, after completing its rehabilitation, Casa do Cinzeiro begins its activity, representing a strong commitment to offering a residence where traditional architecture is visible in the design and materials used as well as in the refinement of its finishes and decoration.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
