This wonderful home, with a pond view, features a covered Lanai and private pool, 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathtub. Essential amenities like WiFi, heating and AC and laundry room with washer and dryer and starter toiletries are provided. Additional guests can sleep on a luxury air mattress, bringing total capacity to 8. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay complete with everything you need - less than a 10 minute drive to Nokomis Beach and picturesque downtown Venice. Our place is equipped for both medium and longterm stays. One month minimum stay required.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, comfortable. This is the perfect home close to all the great things Nokomis, Venice and the surrounding area has to offer - or don't leave at all because vacation is right in the back yard. Host is a great communicator. Thank you for the memories.
