This is very nice hotel, this is the only place we stay when we visit Nogales.
Please is a bit old but maintain. Heading was not working a bit cold.

Nice hotel close to the border. The air conditioner did not work but other than that it was an excellent room.
Was not a bad experience everything was good . Only thing I would change is carpet were stained and dirty other than that the cleaning was done well , the place was quiet, and staff was helpful
Front desk very professional and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious they even had menudo. Only complaint I have would be the dang iron, I couldn't get it to stay hot to iron my clothes. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay there again next visit.
Nice, quick check-in. Clerk had the paperwork pre-printed before our arrival, ready to sign. Lobby is large, comfortable and visually appealing. Rooms easily accessible via interior hallways and elevator. Clean, quiet, ample space in room. Good wi-fi. Mexican-style breakfast buffet in dining room was excellent; cook on hand to prepare eggs, wide selection of fresh fruits, juices, quesadillas, Mexican sausage, etc., with real plates and table settings. Hotel is convenient to downtown Nogales and border crossing to Mexico, and an easy drive to the rest of town. Hotel is not the typical cookie-cutter modern box like most, but a unique, old-style nice hotel with restaurant. A delightful surprise.

Unusually good value. Some parts of this big older hotel are a little tired, but the big comfortable rooms are clean and well equipped. The bed was perfect as was the shower. Good, complete breakfast, easy parking and strong internet.
Nice, clean, great staff, reasonably priced and included a nice buffet. Only problem was that the two nights that we spent there were cold and the central heating system was non functional. We did get extra blankets and a portable heater. .
