Historic, cozy old town house with short distances to the sights of Nördlingen.

Our lovingly renovated, unique apartment is located in the center of Nördlingen in a quiet side street. The shops, restaurants, sights and the weekly market on Saturday are only a few minutes' walk away.

The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and has a living room with a cozy living area and flat-screen TV (satellite TV), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, large vanity, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, Microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, a cloakroom and a technical room with washing machine and dryer.
The apartment also has a small terrace with sun loungers and seating.

The nearest public car park is approx. 50 m away.

We provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests.

Your hosts live on the upper floor and are happy to answer any questions.

Feeling perfectly at home in Nördlingen

We have been travelling using Ferienwohnungen for some years now, never before we experienced the same care and attention for details from the owners. They had thought of everything, really. Thr fridge was filled, there was fresh food, Sekt, beer, water, juice, ... You don't need to hurry to the supermarkt to get everything for the first meals, everything you need is already there! They had also thought about luxury bath products. The house itself was perfect. They had taken care of a permit for our car, so we could park it nearby without worrying! The owners were more than kind and helpful and did everything they could to make us feel at home in their 'Altstadtoase'! This house is a 550 year old and recently renovated gem, a place we can only recommend!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden bei Ankunft herzlichst willkommengeheißen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit wirklich allem ausgestatten, was man zum Leben benötigt. Bei Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einigen Lebensmittel gefüllt um einen Start in den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und uns über den persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieterpaar gefreut. Die Lage ist exzellent für Erkundungen in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig es war alles da sogar der Kühlschrank war etwas gefüllt! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu hart, aber sonst war alles sehr sauber und perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank.

Schön war´s in Nördlingen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche in Nördlingen. Wesentlich dazu beigetragen hat die tolle Ferienwohnung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail und allerbestens ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns in der Altstadtoase sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Tina und Walter sind perfekte und sehr großzügige Gastgeber. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und informativ. Große und tolle Überraschung: Der Kühlschrank war für das Frühstück gefüllt! Das war in einer Ferienwohnung "Premiere" für uns. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön. Informationsmaterial über Nördlingen und Umgebung ist reichlich vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Nördlinger Ries konnten wir wunderbar mit den Rädern erkunden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, da uns auch der Wettergott hold war. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Allereerst - Walter en Tina zijn een voortreffelijke gastheer én -vrouw. De woning op de begane grond en midden in de binnenstad is zeer comfortabel ingericht. Keuken met een gevulde koelkast (ja écht) en badkamer met ligbad zijn zeer compleet. Ook het rustige besloten terras is ook weer compleet met oa ligstoelen. Alle denkbare informatie is beschikbaar, evenals de tips en hulp van Walter en Tina. Een oase om terug te komen. Dank voor de gastvrijheid!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt im Zentrum der Altstadt

Sehr schöne Wohnung und hervorragende Gastgeber.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es war alles, was man für einen Urlaub in eriner Ferienwohnung braucht, vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Tina und Walter sehr herzlich begüßt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Haus unterstellen und der Kühlschrank war gefüllt! Das haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Von der Wohnung aus waren Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenwürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Gastgeber weiter empfehlen.

Eine schöne, ruhige Oase inmitten der Altstadt

Eine geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der man sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl fühlt! Die Ausstattung von Wohnung und Terrasse ist absolut komfortabel - es fehlte rein gar Nichts. Auf der großen Terrasse kam man inmitten der Altstadt von Nördlingen ausgiebig Ruhe geniessen. Zu Fuß lassen sich alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs kaufen, gute Metzger und Bäcker inklusive. Die Gastgeber sind einfach perfekt - äußerst herzlich, offen für Fragen und voller Anregungen. Hervorragender Standort für Unternehmungen ins Umland. Unser Fazit: Nachdem man „die Oase“ bezogen hat, fällt einem das Kofferpacken zur Abreise wirklich schwer.

Die Perle unter den Oasen

In dieser Ferienwohnung fühlt man sich gleich zu Hause. Tina und Walter machten unseren Urlaub zu einem rundum Sorglospaket. In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sowohl Wohnung als auch Umgebung gefielen uns so gut, dass wir noch einen Tag verlängert haben. Wie hoffen, dass wir uns wiedersehen.

Wir haben mit unserem Baby ein paar Tage in der Wohnung verbracht, von einem Babyhandtuch über ein kleines Spielzeug, an alles wurde gedacht. Lobenswert ist auch der kleine Vorrat an Lebensmitteln und Gewürzen, musste man so ja nicht groß einkaufen gehen. Die Tipps über Lokalitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden von uns vollkommen ausgeschöpft, auch hier ein großes Dankeschön. Wir sagen nochmals Danke und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen:)

Sommer 21 in Nördlingen

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Vollständige Ausstattung in der Wohnung, auch für Selbstversorger und vor Allem sehr schön ein Starterpaket im Kühlschrank für die ersten Tage. Also, es war an alles gedacht und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!
