Highly recommend this Hotel. They actually have two buildings near each other. Large rooms, large bathroom with huge walk in shower. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Note: Parking in Dinklesbuhl is in one of several public parking lots. You can drop off luggage or pickups at Hotel

We took a bigger attic room & this room is really big & stylish. Amazing amenities & great comfortable bed, although it may benefit from a fan (or portable cooler ac) assuming split system ac is not allowed. Currently the room relies on opening the window if the weather is hot, which may not work well for noise control. Also the bathroom can benefit from more storage space for shampoo bottles etc. FYI the town tolls their bell for a very long time (at least 6 minutes) every 6 hrs during the day, the earliest being 6am, & also shorter ones every hour from then on… with the windows open & the location being so close to the bells, be prepared to wake up at 6am daily.

We stayed at Hotel Deutsches Haus for 2 nights and loved every minute. Our room was in the old building, which had so much character and history. You could tell the building was very old, yet our room had many modern touches. The breakfast served each morning in the other building was fantastic, with so many options. The location was perfect and even though we explored the whole town, we were never far from our room if we wanted to come back for a rest.

In terms of interior design, the best hotel in the town by a long way. Lots of interesting materials used with a bit of a chic-recycle vibe, buffet breakfast was excellent, clean and wide range of choice. As is often the way now, some of the younger staff are a little bit aloof and shall we say unfocused on your experience, so check in and restaurant service can require your patience, it's generational, so you can't hold it against them.

Das Hotel ist Spitze, wenn dann die Aussagen der Rezeption noch der Wahrheit entsprechen wäre alles in Ordnung. Ich hatte einen Parkplatz vorbestellet. die Antwort war: wir haben ihnen einen Parkplatz direkt vor unserem haus reserviert. Bei der Ankunft war das leider nicht so. Ich habe dann mein Auto auf den öffentlichen Parkflächen parken müssen, so das ich dann morgens um 9:00h nach zahlen musste.
