Excellent apartment

Excellent 3 bedroom, 3 batheoom apartment. Perfectly suited for 4 adults and 2 children or any group of 6. Very close to the ski lifts. Very well equipped.

The location is amazing. The room is clean and tidy. But the reception girl is not good. When the day we arrived,nobody was at the reception,and the door was locked. We can’t go inside and it’s quite cold. After 5 mins,she showed up,and not going to help us with the luggages,just stand there.BTW,there are steps at the entrance of the hotel,so you have carry your luggages. And I booked a transportation service at 9am. But she knocked our door at 8:30am told us the car is here. I told her I already discussed with Timothy( from Snow Crystal) by Email before we came to Niseko that I need the car on 9am. And she talked me like:Have you seen the letter I put in your room? I was very upset at that moment.

The perfect ski holiday lodging

I was there for a week of skiing in the Niseko Gran Hirafu area and the Snow Crystal was perfect in every way. The units are new, well kept and the concierge help was exceptional. The location is very close to the ski resort and within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants.

Extremely helpful staff nothing too much trouble

Close to chairlift and restaurants. Supermarket nearby. Spacious, plenty of heating to dry wet clothes as well as washer and tumble dryer. Beautiful view of Yotei. Great kitchen facilities. Not sure what else you could ask for. Highly recommend
