Stopover on way south

Hotel located on outskirts of city and that was fine. As it was a Sunday there was no food service available which I think is disappointing for a 4 Star hotel. Luckily we found a chain restaurant nearby. Eveerything else was fine.

Comfortable and good value - just don't eat there

Hotel was good for price. Room was comfortable. Ate in bar first night but food was reheated and duck was dry and potatoes greasy. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired - overcooked and expensive. However don't let that put you off this hotel as other places to eat and staff friendly and helpful.

Selve overnatningen var ok, men begge restauranter på hotellet var lukket, og vi havde valgt hotel pga restauranterne. Vi ankom ved 20 tiden og havde brug for et måltid mad. Så vi måtte gå et andet hen

J'ai procédé à une 1ère réservation via le site Booking ou j'ai payé un montant de 102€ (sans les taxes de séjour). Puis une fois arrivée à l'hôtel on me dit que la carte utilisé lors de la réservation en ligne est invalide, le réceptionniste très agréable m'explique la gêne. Je comprend et je paye donc une 2ème fois. Cette fois-ci avec une autre carte (ma nouvelle carte). Pensant que l'autre prélèvement serait refusé, car j'avais oublié de mettre à jour ma nouvelle carte sur Booking. Mais aujourd'hui j'ai deux prélèvements qui sont bien passer un de 102€ ainsi qu'un second de 104€. Je ne suis donc pas prête à fermé les yeux sur une centaines d'euros. Je demande à ce qu'on me rembourse en intégralité et dans les plus brefs délais. Ou je serais malheureusement obligé de porter plainte contre l'hôtel afin de récupérer mon argent. Cordialement

Séjour satisfaisant dans l’ensemble. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Les espaces sont bien aménagés, salle de sport, restaurant, bar, piscine. L’atmosphère qui y règne est paisible. L’accueil y est sympathique. La décoration mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, les extérieurs un petit entretien supplémentaire (nous n’avons pas pu nous garer sur une place extérieure parce que les arbres gênaient la place et étions alors obligé de payer le parking).

Hôtel 4 étoiles ? Même pas 2 ! Sales toiles d’araignée dans les couloirs,système incendie du 7 étages HS boîtier rouge pend au bout d’un fil électrique,l’ascenseur n’inspire aucune confiance vu les bruits bizarres, l’état des escaliers ! Pas de service de ménage depuis un certain temps à faire peur,les fenêtres de notre chambre ne sont pas étanches on sent un courant d’air,petit déjeuner mauvais produits passés fruits en boîte de plusieurs jours,dés bocaux avec fruits sec tout mous,céréales en poudre….bien meilleur dans un campanile,sonnette du parking payant HS je vous explique pas l’accueil quand j’ai téléphoner pour avoir l’ouverture…..À FUIR seule point positif la jeune femme qui nous a accueilli !

Etat des chambre année 80 surfait avec Télécommande de le télévision dont les piles tiennent avec un scotch même pas de chaîne du câble type canal et dîner cher pour une salade césar a 23€ avec des croûtons industriels et du poulet pané congelé. La déco ne fait pas tout.
