The villa accommodates a maximum capacity of 12 guests and features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to offer comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, the open dining room is equipped with a flat screen television and provides direct access to the terrace. The lounge area features an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen television, also with exit to the terrace. A dedicated office space is available for guests requiring a quiet working environment. A living and sleeping room contains 1 double sofabed, a hand-basin, a separate WC, and a flat screen television, with access to the terrace, the loggia, and the swimming pool. An additional room on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin, a shower, and a flat screen television, with direct exits to the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table, a bar, a television with international channels on a flat screen, and access to the terrace. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.
