Experienced car trouble advise the stafff I was probably gonna have to leave my car and trace jack him… they assured me my car was car and they weren’t not gonna have it towed!!! Close to everyday needs!!! Will be traveling their again

Room wasn’t clean: bedspread was stained with fresh ??? and sheets had oily spots. Fire alarm battery started chirping at 0500 and the representative on duty ripped it off the wall, but it was not replaced later in the day, so had no fire alarm for second night. Was provided with pool towels in the bathroom for showering. No “Do Not Disturb” tag on door. Hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and pot, even though all rooms had “no smoking” signs outside the doors. Pool was swamp green.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Stains on linens, hair and toenails in the bed. Feet turned black when walking on the carpet because it was so disgusting. Overly strong air freshener smell to try to mask smoke & odors. Front desk and general manager are refusing to refund our stay even though we were forced out of our hotel, hours away from home, with no where to go at 3am on Thanksgiving due to sanitation and heath concerns. I had to go to the doctor because I had asthma attacks due to the excessive amount of roach droppings and disgusting rooms. My parents and sisters also stayed here in other rooms and had the same issues.

Lots of bugs this time

I have stayed here several times in the last year with no issues but this time we killed 7 roaches in our room. Seems like they were coming from behind the tv and desk area. Very disappointing

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Towels were orange and yellow with stains. Not to memrion sheets had hair stains and holes; really looked they they had never been washed. Toilet sink and shower for of hair. The closet had mold from hot water pipe. They took a $100 deposit that I never received back. Asked to be moved from the first from because it smelled like cigarettes and dead animals. Moved to the room which was no better and the water didn’t drain in the shower. Hair all over the place. Carpet smells like dog urine. Overall terrible experience. I recommend everyone stay away and save yourself the headache. Only stayed because we drove 12 hours to get there and had no other choice by the time we arrive everywhere else was bookeds. STAY AWAY

This is a VERY nice, clean, new and accessible property with helpful and hardworking staff. Parking lot is flat if accessibility is an issue for you. Next to a Waffle House if you need a late night snack. This property is super safe and super comfortable. You will be pleased with the value. Every hotel should be as nice and friendly. The staff gave excellent dining suggestions and knew about nice events and attractions nearby. This was not a problem for me, but the pool was not in working order, so check on that beforehand if you are bringing children.

I’ve been to sleep inn properties before but this one was the worst. The room smelled and the service at the front desk was not friendly. Also the deposit is crazy for a 2 star property. We stayed at the Marriott prior to this property with a deposit of $20 per night. Also stayed at Henderson in Destin with a deposit of $100 per night and this is a 5 star property. Why am I paying a $100 deposit for a 2 star property is insane. The shower pressure terrible, pillows stained and breakfast not edible. Overal will not be back
