I found out 2 1/2 days before my stay that I wasn't flying out at the nearby airport for 3 more weeks. I asked to change my date forward. I did not ask for a refund. The Best Western refused. They have lost my business. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

The outside of the property is deceiving as once you go into the room you are hit with horrible smells. They updated most of the rooms-bathroom, linens, tv unit, walls painted and pictures- but the carpet and curtains are harboring decades of smoke, dirt, mildew and who knows what else! The air conditioning is very outdated, noisy and puts out minimal dirty air!
