Got a great deal to stay here studio rooms done what the said on the tin. We're ideal for wat we were after. The roof terrace is a must we had a fab late afternoon early evening up there in the sun. Take your own drink and snacks up it is fab. Bit of a walk to main square about 40 mins in heels. Was a fab wknd away tho I'd defo return

Expensive for what was on offer.. Staff are excellent and helpful, good facilities and decor is good. The price does not include breakfast and its a premium price.. Rooms are clean but you must either clean yourself or pay a whopping €35... Roof terrace is superb and well worth making the most of.

Just returned from staying in Nice for one week. It was the first time my husband and I have been there and we weren't disappointed. Beautiful place, I was sad to go home! I was a little worried about the accommodation on the first night as it is 2 streets back from the promenade and to be a honest - a little less of a "fancy" area. Pleasantly surprised, great location with easy access to the promenade and about 15 min walk from the town centre. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished executive suites. The room was modern, very clean and had everything we needed. Room service only call once a week, however not an issue if you are regularly emptying your rubbish etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof garden is perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the sun! Plus, as there are not too many rooms, it is never overcrowded in the solarium, we had our pick of chairs/ sun loungers. Would definitely stay here again. Literally a 3 minute walk from a Lidl store which is great for stocking up on food, drink etc.

We stayed in a superior studio which was quite small and carpet was stained but we had a nice balcony with garden view. The beds are comfy and nice bathroom, kitchen was reasonably equipped for our needs you have to ask for a toaster. There is a very nice roof terrace to relax after a days sightseeing. The staff are friendly and helpful we had a problem with our water, we had no hot water but it was sorted very quickly.Buses and trains are frequent you can get anywhere along the coast and around the town. We had a wonderful time in nice and can recommend the residhome.

It's literally just down from the beach. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top terrace lovely peaceful sun trap. The rooms are dated and in need of a freshen up but it is three star and is reflected in the price. Bed was company it was just somewhere to sleep for us. Lidl supermarket and nice delis and local restaurants near by beware on the front you pay extra for the privilege of sitting near the promenade. Also great shuttle to Monaco and city tour via hotel.

The room or compartment was placed on 7th floor with view to the street. Everything was fine and the kitchen ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2. The service by Helena in the reception very kind and helpful.

This is a 3 star self catering apartment hotel. A 20-25 minute walk from Nice-Ville railway station and within a 5 minute walk to the Promenade. The studio I stayed in had a separate toilet and a bathtub. A balcony caught the Late afternoon sun which is great in spring. The separate kitchenette had the basic utensils for self-catering but could have been cleaner. The studio had a sofa bed which was lumpy in parts but as I was travelling solo one half was fine. Currently floors 1-2 are under renovation and although I was on the 5th floor it sounded like the work was right above me. However would consider it again in future. Wi-Fi seemed a bit slow.

We stayed here with 2 other couples in 3 apartments in October. We stayed 4 nights. The apartments are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. There was a kitchenette too, with a table and chairs. The apartments we stayed in were superior studio apartments so were a reasonable size and large enough for a few days. We also had a balcony which was nice. The property has laundry facilities which is also a bonus and there was a drying rack in the room. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about two blocks back from the promenade. The apartments were clean apart from some stains on the carpet. The price was reasonable for the French Riviera for apartment type accommodation. We would be happy to stay again.

Good: Our kitchen was well equipped, with pots, frypan & all you would need to self-cater. Also, a cleaning dishes pack & tea towel (which is lacking in other apt-hotels we have stayed in, in France). Our bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning keeps the room comfortable. The TV had several English channels and the WiFi worked well. You can get the lift right down to the parking basement which makes it easy to unload your car). Good location- easy walk to beach & nice walk to Old Town either along the beach promenade or along the next street over with shops & restaurants. Bad: Getting to the apartment by car was a bit of a problem due to road-works. The check-in man was the rudest we have struck, when we said that we had requested a car space he abruptly informed us that car spaces cannot be reserved & are a ‘first in – first served’ basis (this is not what the Booking.com site says). Imagine if you ‘booked’ a car space and they said there were none available on your arrival?. Our one-bedroom Superior Studio apartment was a good size, but not practical as no-where to put a suitcase or unpack your belongings when staying longer than overnight. The apartment could do with an update as looking tired.

It is a very old building. Not renovated at all! Despite the high price they charge the service is nothing. They don't even change the towels etc. Staff not so friendly. Elevator is terrible! Location is good and close to beach and city center.
