Great location near local train & bus station. Old town and beach a short walking distance away. Helpful staff and clean rooms. We have just enjoyed a 5 nifgt stay and is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend.
Hotel a bit old and smelly, but clean. Breakfast was good, but coffee was bad. Staff very friendly, and the location very good. We had a big parking nearby-free! which is amazing for Nice. Overall, nice stay, not the best but not the worst.
This hotel is well located in the center of Nice, within walking distance of many restaurants and as such served well for a brief one night stay. However the room was small, had no kind of view and smelt of smoke when we got there. If they have non smoking rooms, something was wrong. We left early in the morning so can't comment on breakfast. In summary, good location but unpleasant, small and dingy room fit only for a brief stay.
The room was small but clean, bed comfortable. Throughout Europe most hotels only cater for one suitcase. Breakfast is included - typically French. Convenient to trams and walking distance to the sea and restaurants along the foreshore. There are many restaurants to choose from on the way to the ocean. Staying in Nice was convenient to train to Monaco and Cannes.
Lovely Hotel with great Location! We had a double superior room as there was 3 of us staying. Stayed for 5 Nights. Room was rather on the small side, could do with a bit more storage space but it was managable :) Very clean, we had our towels changed every day. We also had a breakfast, which u can book when there its €12.00 per person. Basic continental buffet but U wont walk out hungry :). All staff very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. They will give u all advice and info which u need. Around the corner is Lidl and shopping centre with massive Carrefour which we had used. 15 minutes walk to old town and around 25 to the sea (slow walking). Grear connection from the airport (around 35/40 min by bus 98). Overall I would definetely recommend this Hotel. Had everythung what we needed. Thank you Relais Acropolis :)
The first room we were in had the bathroom door jammed and locked. The hotel service quickly allowed us to change rooms to the first floor (one flight up from the main lobby). Excellent service. One of my group members got ill and the hotel was graciously helpful in pointing us to the closest nearby pharmacy and got several cups of hot water for her at various times. The hotel staff were all polite and courteous. Hotel was close Toby and easily able to walk to the shopping vendors and outdoor market. Excellent stay.
Nice clean hotel, right in the heart of Nice and very good location, would have benefitted from tea and coffee making facilities. Other than that a perfect hotel for a base and seeing the sights, tram and train very close by.
Although "only" classed a 3 stars, we found everything about this hotel to be above that rating. It's quite a small place, but that won't deter your enjoyment. It's run by some lovely, warm and friendly people who are extremely helpful. Special thanks go to Audrey who we thought was especially lovely. The rooms are well decorated in a modern style, and have great facilities. The only thing the rooms lack is maybe tea and coffee making facilities, however this can be obtained from reception. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and each morning you can enjoy a great continental breakfast in the bright and airy dining room. The hotel is only a short walk from transport links, several attractions and a multitude of great restaurants, cafes and bars. Well worth the price and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
I stayed in Relais Acropolis for 4 nights when in town for a conference. It is slightly away from the main old town or Garibaldi Square, but within walking distance. The room I stayed was a bit small, but good enough and value for money for me. Overall, the staff is friendly in general, and will be a good place to stay if you preferred a slightly quieter environment away from the Old Town areas
The hotel was a great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure. This charming hotel was conveniently located near everything in Nice. We were able to easily explore the city on foot from the hotel. We walked to the old city, the promenade, the Colline du Chateau, the flower market, the train station, the port, the airport bus stop - everywhere. Audrey at the front desk was very helpful in giving us instructions on catching a ferry to Saint-Tropez and taking a train to Monaco. She gave us little handouts with schedules, maps, and easy instructions. Our room was clean and cozy. The air conditioning and the wifi both worked great. The cleaning staff kept everything very tidy throughout our stay. All of the hotel staff were friendly and gave us great suggestions on places to eat in the area.
