I stayed in Relais Acropolis for 4 nights when in town for a conference. It is slightly away from the main old town or Garibaldi Square, but within walking distance. The room I stayed was a bit small, but good enough and value for money for me. Overall, the staff is friendly in general, and will be a good place to stay if you preferred a slightly quieter environment away from the Old Town areas
The hotel was a great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure. This charming hotel was conveniently located near everything in Nice. We were able to easily explore the city on foot from the hotel. We walked to the old city, the promenade, the Colline du Chateau, the flower market, the train station, the port, the airport bus stop - everywhere. Audrey at the front desk was very helpful in giving us instructions on catching a ferry to Saint-Tropez and taking a train to Monaco. She gave us little handouts with schedules, maps, and easy instructions. Our room was clean and cozy. The air conditioning and the wifi both worked great. The cleaning staff kept everything very tidy throughout our stay. All of the hotel staff were friendly and gave us great suggestions on places to eat in the area.
I really appreicated my journey there. The Hotel is close from any transportation and from the inner city. The staff is very polite and helpful and my room was very clean. I will derfnitly when I be back to Nice choose that hotel.
Very comfortable with charming staff. Conveniently located close to many good restaurants and an easy walk to the sea. The staff were very friendly and offered great recommendations for local attractions, eateries, and must-see landmarks.
Stayed here from the 31/5/17 - 4/6/17 and the hotel included everything we needed! Starting with the service, we could not complain about anything. They were always asking how we were getting on and also provided us with any information we needed to get around Nice. In regards to the room, yes they are small but it is enough. Beds are incredibly comfortable, large TV if needed, lovely bathroom and very good air conditioning to cool you down. Breakfast was everything you needed, croissants, pain au chocolate, toast, eggs and much more. There was always plenty of choice and well stocked up! Very nice coffee machine was also set up which came to good use and also fresh juice was provided. Location was perfect if you are willing to walk to many places and landmarks located fairly nearby. It took roughly 20-30 minutes to walk to the promenade but on the way you can walk through the local parks, pop into the many shops along the way or stop for a quick drink along the way. Bus/Tram stops are all close to the hotel to take you to Monaco, Eze and many more beautiful places surrounding Nice. The only factor that we felt like we could of done with is a fridge to store some water in for when you get back from your busy days out. Overall, it was an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend to others and also return to myself. Thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay. Hopefully will see you soon.
I have stayed here a couple of times due to convenience of location. Beds are comfy, rooms are tidy and modern. Bathrooms are just what you need and clean. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs is pretty standard continental service but good none the less! Would recommend.
Hotel was fantastic, great price, gave us exactly what we needed. Service was extremely friendly, location is very central and easy to walk to and from the sites. Very nice hotel, would stay there again.
We have just arrived back from a 3 night short break at this hotel. It is a lovely little hotel situated in the old part of the town. Ideally located within a minute or two from the tram stop which is 1.50 euros for a single trip or 5 euros for a 24hr unlimited pass. The harbor and the beaches are about a 15/20min walk. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms a little on the small side but again very comfy and maid/towel service daily. Breakfast is buffet style and plenty of variety and always neatly presented. The wifi is very good and free. The staff are what makes this hotel. Audrey and her team are always there with a smile and a little chat about your day, and ready with any information that is needed. All staff speak perfect English! So thank you to the team at this lovely little hotel. We will return one day if we come back to Nice.
Pleasant hotel within walking distance of the old town. Rooms were pleasant , bit small but clean and tidy. Pleasant staff also. Breakfast was continental, not a huge selection but nice. A very well located, value for money hotel in nice.
