Modernly decorated and renovated in November 2015, you will appreciate the brightness of the rooms and their volume. This beautiful apartment will make you feel immediately at home.



You will be seduced by the beautiful terrace of the south-facing lounge, furnished with garden furniture, with a sea view. Its rooms with beautiful dimensions are also a real asset. In addition, the apartment has a balcony in the kitchen, which like the bedroom, overlooks a quiet courtyard.

We enjoyed our stay abut wish we had known ahead of time that our apartment was abut 12 bocks away. We would have gotten the taxi to wait on us while we picked up the keys. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Nur leider sind einige Dinge etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen. Das Besteck ist nicht sehr schön anzusehen und die Couch hatte einige Flecken und war sehr "laut". Dennoch war es eine sehr schöne FeWo, räumlich aufgeteilt wie beschrieben und sie hatte auch eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

Il serait très apprécié de pouvoir laisser les clefs dans l'appartement lors de notre départ, surtout lorsque celui-ci est tôt le matin et que votre bureau est à 15 minutes de marche avec les valises et bagages.

L’appartement a un bon emplacement et il est très bien équipé. un service de conciergerie à l'écoute des besoins des clients Malheuresement il n’était pas comme les photos que nous avons vu sur le site. Probablement les photos ont été prisent lorsque l'apart a été renouvelé. La tête de lit de la chambre principale est dans un horrible état. Il est fait de faux cuir il est si détérioré qu'ils perd des flocons qui tombent dans le lit. La base du matelas était très sale. En général la maison était sale nous avons trouvé des résidus de nourriture sur la table de la cuisine, cheveux et boules de poussière sous le lit et les meubles. Nous suggérons d'améliorer le service de nettoyage.

The property was as listed. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was quite for sleeping.

All was good except for the noisy construction that had been going on for several months and is still scheduled to go on for a few more months. We could not use the balcony from 8am to 4pm as it was too noisy. Which was a huge disappointment .I hope that others will be made aware of the construction when they are planning on making a reservation. The apartment had all the necessary things that one would need while there. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping.

Lejlighed tæt på stranden

Lejligheden er fint placeret i Nice, med kort afstand til stranden og div. restauranter. Der er også en passende afstand til lufthavnen, da man ikke er generet af støjen fra denne. Det eneste der trækker lidt ned, er støjen fra vejen, hvor der bygges og renoveres vej i øjeblikket.

Cardeline Terrasse - Perfectly located

This apartment is perfectly located. The apartment has everything you need for 2-3 adults. We booked with Ashley and Parker and Frank was simply wonderful. Our flight was delayed and he waited for us and made sure that we made it to the apartment. We lost power one day, due to the storm, and he made sure to have someone come in to reboot everything. Very thoughtful and trustworthy rental company. We will definitely use them again.

The apartment was really good except for the noise coming from the construction of the Tram tunnel outside the building. The best recommendation i can give is that i will be booking it again next year!!!
