zweckmäßige, lieblos eingerichtete Wohnung ohne jeden Wohlfühl-Charakter, dafür mit eigen Mankos (durchhängende Schublade im Schrank, nicht angeschlossenes mobiles Klimagerät, verdreckte Stühle und Bauleiter, labbelige Kissen und Bettwäsche, 1 Klorolle pro Aufenthalt, Putzutensilien entweder offen in den Ecken verstaut oder Platz im Schrank wegnehmend…) Der Service von nestor & Jeeves ist unterirdisch (in der letzten Woche vor der Anreise, mehrere Male die Aufforderung erhalten, ihre App herunterzuladen, obwohl längst erledigt, Wohnungsschlüssel nicht im Schlüsselfach hinterlegt, gebuchte Garage unbrauchbar für einen Mittelklassewagen, weil fast unmöglich einzuparken, Instandhaltung der Wohnung wird den Gästen überlassen: wenn man reklamiert, dann versuchen sie erst den Schaden zu beheben, statt vorher zu checken, in welchem Zustand das Objekt ist, außerdem unfreundlich und unkooperativ)
