This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers a bright and comfortable stay across two levels. The open-plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living area with a sofa, TV, and desk nook, and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace.

This is a great long-stay villa. The booking and check in process were fast and done remotely. The villa was very clean and had some pantry items and toilet paper. The kitchen is well-apportioned.Although the villa is attached to others it’s very quiet and is in a gated community although security is not an issue here.There is a mall, grocery, and boulangerie within 3 km and you are very close to A8 which is the major toll road for ease of travel. The closest beach is about 15 minutes away and is lovely. The villa has AC and a washer/dryer which is rare for France. The WiFi is good and there is a smart TV for Netflix, etc.The patio has a large umbrella so you can dine outside for all your meals. There’s a grill and community pool as well but we didn’t use those. There is parking for one car.Would highly recommend!!

Mooi huis op een afgesloten domein. Proper , net huis met alle comfort aanwezig. Eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur. Klein maar leuk terras achter de living. 2 ruime slaapkamers met aansluitend beide een badkamer. Gedeeld Zwembad op een paar stappen van het huis , was heel rustig en zeer proper. Enige minpuntjes : Senseo was aan vervanging toe en verlichting moet eens nagekeken worden (verschillende lichtpunten die niet werkten). Ook de airco zou eens moeten gereinigd worden.

Sea and snow on the French Riviera

Very well located not far from Nice and very closed to Saint Paul de Vence. The house is very sunny and confortable with each bedroom have there own bathroom. We went to the area in mountain called Mercantour and we find the snow in the village called Roubion amazing when you think you have driven only one hour!
